Մամիկոն Մամիկոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
Եվրոպական հեղինակավոր New Europe, The New York Times, Project Syndicate, World Review պարբերականների տարեկան համատեղ պարբերականում տպագրվել է ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հոդվածը, որում մասնավորապես անդրադարձ է կատարվել տնտեսության զարգացման պատկերացումներին և կոնկրետ Հայաստանի դեպքում այն իրականություն դարձնելու հեռանկարին:
Նշենք, որ վերոնշյալ պարբերականում տպագրվում են հանրահայտ քաղաքական, տնտեսական և հասարակական լիդերների հոդվածները նույն կոնտեքստում, որը նպատակ ունի աշխարհին ներկայացնել արդի տնտեսության զարգացման մոդելների իրատեսությունը:

Հոդվածում առաջարկվում է տնտեսության զարգացում ապահովել՝ համահունչ քայլելով ներկայիս քաղաքատնտեսական մարտահրավերներին, որը թույլ կտա երկրում նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման արդյունքում զարկ տալ հայրենի տնտեսության առաջխաղացմանը:
Տարիներ շարունակ լինելով գործարար աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներից մեկը, Ծառուկյանը կիսվելով սեփական տեսլականներով նոր ուղիներ է նախանշել ցանկալի արդյունքի հասնելու համար: Ընդհանուր առմամբ հոդվածը իրենից ներկյացանում է փորձի փոխանակում, երբ անձնական օրինակով ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը ցույց է տալիս, որ անկախ աշխարհաքաղաքական դիրքից Հայստանում ևս նհնարավոր է համապատասխան առաջընթաց գրանցել, առավելևս երբ Հայաստանը գտնվում է Եվրոպայի և Ասիայի խաչմերուկում:
Ծառուկյանի առաջարկած մոդելը ոչ միայն իրատեսական է, այլ նաև չունի ալտերնատիվ, քանի որ հաշվարկված է յուրաքանչյուր մանրուք և ձախողման հավանականությունն այս դեպքում հասցվել է զրոյականի:
Հարկավոր է միայն կամք և քաղաքական համարձակություն Ծառուկյանի առաջարկած ծրագիրն իրագործելու համար, իսկ այդ փոփոխությունները ինչպես ԲՀԿ նախագահը նշել է վերջաբանոմ՝ անհրաժեշտ է, որ մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը դառնա այն փոփոխությունը, որը կփոխի աշխարհը:
