Սենսացիա. Ռուսական ընկերությունը Հայաստանում ծնկի է բերում տեղական արտադրողներին
SOCIETYՀրուշակեղեն արտադրող ռուսական «KDV Group» բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը Հայաստանը ողողել է իր արտադրանքով, ծանր կացության մեջ գցելով տեղական խոշոր արտադրողներին:
Past.am-ի տվյալներով, «KDV Group»-ի «ԿԴՎ ԱՐՄՆ» ՍՊԸ-ն «գոտկատեղից ներքև» հարված է հասցրել բոլոր խոշոր արտադրողներին՝ «Գրանդ Քենդի», «Սովռանո», «Արմսվիթ», «Մեգաֆուդ», «Երևանի շոկոլադի գործարան», «Դարոյնք» և այլ կազմակերպություններին:
Բանն այն է, որ ռուսները դիմել են կոշտ դեմփինգի (ապրանքի արտահանումը ավելի ցածր գներով, քան երկրի ներսում կամ համաշխարհային շուկայում է): Արտադրանքն այն աստիճանի են էժանացրել, որ տեղական արտադրողների համար աննպատակահարմար է դարձել հրուշակեղեն արտադրելը:
Հազարավոր աշխատակիցների կրճատման վտանգ է առաջացել:
Տեսնելով, որ ռուսների «դեմ խաղ չկա», վերոնշյալ կազմակերպությունները գրավոր դիմել են Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովին, խնդրելով ապահովել մրցակցային հավասար պայմաններ:
Նրանցից միայն «Գրանդ Քենդին» բողոք չի ներկայացրել, հավանաբար զգուշանալով, քանի որ ինքը Ռուսաստան է արտահանում մեծ քանակությամբ հրուշակեղեն:
Մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան ՏՄՊՊՀ-ի նախագահի խորհրդական Գայանե Սահակյանը պատասխանեց. ««ՏՄՊՊՀ հանձնաժողովը ստացել է դիմում բողոք ձեր նշած ընկերությունների կողմից: Նշված ընկերությունները դիմել են բողոքով, որ ընկերությունը գերիշխող դիրքի չարաշահում է թույլ տալիս, որը դրսևորվում է չհիմնավորված գնանկմամբ՝ այսինքն՝ դեմփինգով: Այս պահին հանձնաժողովը տեղեկատվություն է պահանջել տնտեսվարողներից: Այն ստանալուց և ուսումնասիրելուց հետո հանձնաժողովը որոշում կկայացնի»:
