30-62՝ բարձր աշխատավարձ ստանալու լավագույն տարիքը
SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունը, հիմնվելով Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի եկամտային հարկի և սոցիալական վճարի անձնավորված հաշվառման տվյալների բազայի վրա, 2018թ. հունվարից անցում է կատարել միջին աշխատավարձի հաշվարկման տեղեկատվական նոր աղբյուրի՝ վարչական ռեգիստրի գործիքի կիրառմանը: ՊԵԿ վարչական ռեգիստրի ներդրման արդյունքում ապահովվել է ամսական կտրվածքով վիճակագրական միավորների ամբողջական ընդգրկվածություն՝ ներառելով մեկ և ավելի վարձու աշխատող ունեցող բոլոր կազմակերպություններին՝ կազմակերպաիրավական ձևից անկախ:
Միջին ամսական աշխատավարձի ստորև ներկայացվող ցուցանիշները հաշվարկվել են մոտ 37 հազար կազմակերպությունների ավելի քան 500 հազար վարձու աշխատողների աշխատանքի վարձատրության տվյալների հիման վրա: Մինչ տեղեկատվական աղբյուրի այս փոփոխությունը, ցուցանիշները հաշվարկվում էին ամսական վիճակագրական մշտադիտարկմամբ ընդգրկված մոտ 4500 խոշոր և միջին կազմակերպությունների շուրջ 370 հազար վարձու աշխատողների նույնանուն տվյալների հիման վրա:
Այս տարվա հունվարին աշխատողների թվաքանակն ու միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձը ուղիղ կապ են ունեցել կազմակերպությունների տեսակների հետ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ հաշվարկվել է 36 հազար 493 կազմակերպություն, որտեղ աշխատում է 509 հազար 549 մարդ: Եվ որն ամենահետաքրքիրն է, ամենից շատ աշխատավարձ ստացել են մեծ անձնակազմ ունեցող կազմակերպության աշխատակիցները:
Մասնավորապես, գրանցվել է 1-9 աշխատող ունեցող 28 հազար 749 ընկերություն, որտեղ աշխատում է 76 հազար 695 մարդ: Նրանց միջին ամսական աշխատավարձը կազմում է 98 հազար 705 դրամ: 50-249 աշխատող ունեցող թվով 1497 ընկերություն կա, որտեղ աշխատում է ավելի քան 137 հազար քաղաքացի, նրանք միջինում վաստակում են 165 հազար 638 դրամ: Իսկ 250-ից ավելի աշխատող ունեցող 222 կազմակերպությունում աշխատում է 167 հազար 294 մարդ, ովքեր ամսական ստանում են մոտավորապես 223 հազար 445 դրամ: Ստացվում է, որ որքան ընկերությունը մեծ է, այնքան ավելի շատ գումար է այն վճարում իր աշխատակիցներին:
Կազմակերպությունների՝ պետական և ոչ պետական հատվածների տարանջատման դեպքում էլ, տեսնում ենք, որ պետական աշխատանք առաջարկող կազմակերպությունները 4090 են, իսկ ոչ պետական՝ 32 հազար 403: Առաջինում ընդհանուր առմամբ աշխատում են 198 հազար 200 քաղաքացի, իսկ երկրորդում՝ 311 հազար 349: Եվ համեմատության մեջ դնելով երկու հատվածների աշխատակիցներին վճարվող միջին անվանական աշխատավարձը, նկատում ենք, որ ոչ պետական հատվածում մարդիկ ավելի շատ են վաստակում:
Օրինակ, պետական մի կազմակերպություն, որն ունի 50-249 աշխատող, իր աշխատակիցներին վճարում է միջինում 126 հազար 434 դրամ, այն դեպքում, երբ նույն թվով աշխատողներ ունեցող մասնավոր ընկերությունները կարող են վճարել ամսական մինչև 206 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ:
Ուսումնասիրության մեկ այլ դիտարկում էլ մտահոգվելու տեղիք է տալիս: Բանն այն է, որ այս տարի հունվարին գրանցված ցուցանիշների համաձայն՝ կանայք ավելի քիչ են վաստակում, քան տղամարդիկ: Տղամարդիկ միջինում վաստակում են 202 հազար դրամ, իսկ կանայք՝ 132 հազար դրամ:
Մեկ այլ դիտարկման համաձայն էլ՝ ավելի շատ են վաստակում 30-62 տարեկան մարդիկ: Օրինակ՝ 50 և ավելի աշխատող ունեցող ընկերությունը 15-29 տարեկաններին միջինում վճարում է 173 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ, 30-62 տարեկաններին՝ 208 հազար դրամ, իսկ 63 տարեկանից բարձր անձանց՝ 163 հազար դրամ:
