Եթե թղթի վրա չմնա, «վիրահատությունները» բավականին ցավոտ կլինեն
POLITICSԵրեկ ԱԺ Եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը դրական եզրակացություն տվեց ԵՄ- Հայաստան Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրին։
«Այսօր Ազգային ժողովը կքննարկի և կվավերացնի այս համաձայնագիրը։ Եվ չնայած վերջին շրջանում «պատմական» բառը շատ է չարչրկվել, սակայն այս համաձանագիրը ես իրոք համարում եմ պատմական»,- Ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել էր ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:
Past.am-ը փորձեց նրանից պարզել, թե Ն. Զոհրաբյանը հատկապես ինչ նկատի ունի համաձայնագիրը պատմական համարելով:
«Որովհետև այն բարեփոխումները, որոնք առաջարկվում են իրականացնել ԵՄ- Հայաստան Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրով, թույլ կտան, որ մենք որակապես նոր Հայաստան ունենանք: Ես նորից պնդում եմ, որ համաձայնագիրը պատմական է, բայց կկարողանա՞նք այն կյանքի կոչել, քանի որ բոլոր ոլորտներում պայմանագրով նախատեսված է, որ պետք է վիրահատական և ցավագին բարեփոխումներ իրականացվեն: Ես հատուկ եմ նշում ցավագին բարեփոխումներ իշխանության այն ճյուղերի համար, ովքեր ընդդիմանում են այդ բարեփոխումներին: Եվ լինելո՞ւ է այդ քաղաքական կամքը, որպեսզի իշխանությունները կտրուկ բարեփոխումների գնան, պայքար մղեն մոնոպոլիաների, կոռուպցիայի դեմ ոչ թե թղթի վրա, այլ իրականում»,- ասաց Ն. Զոհրաբյանը:
Նա նաև հավելեց, որ իրականում փաստաթուղթը համարվում է պատմական հենց այն առումով, որ մտավախություն կա, թե չի բացառվում, որ նման քայլի չգնան իշխանությունները:
«Իհարկե ես մտավախություն ունեմ, որ այն կարող է մնալ թղթի վրա, բայց ես սա համարում եմ հաջողության բանալի Հայաստանի համար: Կկարողանա՞ Հայաստանը ճիշտ օգտվել այդ հնարավորությունից՝ կախված է միայն իշխանություններից, որի անունը լսելիս անգամ իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ ընկնում են տարբեր աստիճանի ցնցակաթվածների մեջ»,- ասաց Ն. Զոհրաբյանը:
