Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի պաշտոնական կայքում ապրիլի 10-ից գործում է ավտոմեքենաների մաքսային արժեքի ավտոմատ հաշվիչը: Այսինքն, այսուհետ ավտոմեքենա ներկրել պատրաստվող քաղաքացիները կարող են նախապես իմանալ, թե մաքսազերծման ժամանակ ինչ վճարումներ պետք է կատարեն:

Ասել է թե, ՊԵԿ-ը թափանցիկ գործունեության շրջանակներում ավտոմեքենաների մաքսային արժեքը սահմանելու գործընթացը դարձրել է ինչպես Կարեն Կարապետյանն է սիրում ասել առավել թափանցիկ, հրապարակային, վստահելի և կանխատեսելի:

Եվ այսպես, դսից մեքենա ներկրելուց առաջ նախ հարկավոր է այցելել  petekamutner.am կայքի գլխավոր էջում տեղադրված էլեկտրոնային ծառայություններ բաժինը: Այստեղ մուտքագրելով ընդամենը ավտոմեքենայի մակնիշը, տարեթիվը, շարժիչի հզորությունը և պահանջվողմյուս տվյալները՝ ավտոմատ համակարգը կհաշվարկի մաքսազերծման համար անհրաժեշտ՝  մաքսատուրքը, բնապահպանական վճարը և ԱԱՀ-ն:

Այսինքն, այն ամբողջ գումարը, որն անհրաժեշտ է առանց ավելորդ նյարդեր քայքայելու գաղափար կազմել, թե մեքենայի փաստաթղթերը ձևակերպելու և «տուն» տանելու համար ինչքան գումար է հարկավոր կողք դնել:

Սա, անշուշտ, ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից կատարված մեծ քայլերից մեկը կարելի է համարել, բայց անկեղծ ասած, լավ կլիներ, որ մի այդպիսի հաշվիչ կայք էլ գործարկվեր հարկ վճարողների համար, որպեսզի տնտեսվարողներն էլ կարողանային ինքնուրույն հաշվարկել, թե ինչքան հարկ ու տուրք պետք է վճարեն:

Ի դեպ, լավ կլիներ նաև, որ այդ ամբողջ ինֆորմացիան հասանելի լիներ, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները մինչև ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն սկսելը կարողանային պատկերացում կազմել, թե այս կամ այն դեպքում որտեղից պետք է սկսեն, ուր գնան, որտեղ ինչքան գումար պետք է վճարեն, ինչ փաստաթղթերի համար և այլն: Նման տեղեկություն տրամադրելը  կնպաստի նաև, որ օրենքով նախատեսված բոլոր փոփոխությունները հաշվի առնելով, սովորական Ա/Ձ ունեցողները խուճուճ օրենքների պատճառով ստիպված չլինեն տույժ տուգանքների տակ չընկնելու համար հաշվապահ վարձել:

Մի խոսքով, ինչքան թափանցիկ, թեթև, այնքան արդյունավետ ու օգտակար բիզնեսի զարգացման համար: Այդ դեպքում, ինչպես հիմա մաքսային տեսուչների պարագայում է, տնտեսվարողները «հարկայինին» ոչ թե իրենց հոշոտելու պատրաստ գազանի պես կընդունեն, այլ կտեսնեն, որ ամեն ինչ արվում է, որպեսզի բիզնեսմենի աշխատանքն արդյունավետ լինի:

Կարճ ասած, դա միայն կօգնի, որ, ինչպես Կարեն Կարապետյանն է ասում, գործընթացներն ավելի թափանցիկ, հրապարակային, վստահելի և կանխատեսելի  դառնան:
