Անկարայի գլխավոր դատախազությունը օրերս միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության 8 անդամների դեմ՝ «ահաբեկչական քարոզչություն» իրականացնելու համար, որոնց թվում է նաև հայազգի պատգամավոր Կարո Փայլանը։ Այս մասին գրում է www.aniarc.am-ը՝ հղում անելով Turkish Minute կայքին:

Կայքի փոխանցմամբ՝ պատգամավորները մեղադրվում են «թուրք ազգին, թուրքական պետությանը, կառավարությանը, զինվորականությանը ու ոստիկանությանը նսեմացնելու», «քաղաքական կուսակցությունների մասին օրենքը խախտելու» և նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին «վիրավորելու» համար։ Դատախազը միջնորդություններ է ուղարկել Թուրքիայի արդարադատության նախարարություն, որոնք պետք է փոխանցվեն խորհրդարանի նախագահությանը՝ պատգամավորներին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու համար։

Ապրիլի 9-ին թուրքական վերաքննիչ դատարանը HDP-ի փոխնախագահ Բուրջու Չելիք Օզքանին դատապարտել է 7 տարի 3 ամիս և 10 օր ժամկետով ազատազրկման՝ «ահաբեկչական քարոզչություն իրականացնելու» մեղադրանքով:

Թեմայի շուրջ Past.am-ը զրուցել է թուրքագետ Գևորգ Պետրոսյանի հետ:

-Կարո Փայլանին ի՞նչ է սպասվում: Նրան իսկապե՞ս կարող են զրկել պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից, թե՞ սա պարզապես նրան զգաստացնելու նպատակ է հետապնդում:

-Ես այստեղ անմիջապես անձերով չէի պայմանավորի, քանի որ Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունը, նրանց գլխավոր խնդիրը քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունն է, որի անդամ է նաև Կարո Փայլանը: Այստեղ առաջնայինը ոչ թե էթնիկ պատկանելությունն է, այլ՝ քաղաքական գիծն ու կուրսը, որի հետևորդը և իրականացնողն է նա:

Նախկինում և ներկայում էլ այս կուսակցությունը եղել է Էրդողանի ղեկավարած պետության գլխավոր թշնամիների ցանկում: Նախկինում ևս եղել են ձերբակալություններ, հիշենք թեկուզ կուսակցության նախկին ղեկավարի ձերբակալությունը և անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու հարցը: Այնպես որ, սա որևէ կերպ անակնկալ չէ: Այս վերջին տարիներին նման քայլեր Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության ցանկացած, հատկապես դերակատարում ունեցող անդամների նկատմամբ լրիվ սպասելի է Էրդողանի ղեկավարած պետության կողմից:

-Այս դեպքերով պայմանավորված, կարո՞ղ ենք ասել, որ Կարո Փայլանը իր գաղափարների և այդ կուսակցության անդամը լինելու պատճառով կարող է հայտնվել անազատության մեջ:

-Իհարկե, նախադեպերը կան: Իր կուսակիցները և՛ անձեռնմխելիությունից են զրկվել, և՛ ձերբակալվել, և՛ հետապնդումների են ենթարկվել: Եվ սա Թուրքիայում ընկալելի է քրդական հարցի և նաև Էրդողանի՝ իր ընդդիմադիրների դեմ վարած քաղաքականության տեսանկյունից: Իսկ Կարո Փայլանը իր կուսակցությունով հանդերձ Էրդողանի հիմնական ընդդիմադիրներից է: Նախկին փորձը և նախկինում գրանցված դեպքերը ցույց են տալիս, որ նման սցենար հնարավոր է, բացառել պետք չէ:
