Թաքցնելու բա՞ն ունեն. 207 պաշտոնյա հայտարարագիր չի ներկայացրել
SOCIETYՄարտի 30-ին լրացել է պաշտանատար անձանց՝ իրենց 2017 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրերը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտանատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացնելու վերջնաժամկետը: Ժամկետը և՛ լրացել է, և՛ վրայով 10 օր էլ անցել է, սակայն, որոշ պաշտոնյաներ դեռևս չեն ներկայացրել իրենց հայտարարագրերը:
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Բարձրաստիճան պաշտանատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի պաշտոնակայն կայքից՝ այս տարի ակնկալվում էր ստանալ 3 հազար 233 պաշտոնատար անձանց հայտարարագիր: Նախնական տվյալների ամփոփմամբ, ապրիլի 10-ի դրությամբ 2017 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագիր են ներկայացրել 3027 հայտարարատու պաշտոնատար անձինք:
Ստացվում է, որ մնացած 206 պաշտոնյաները կամ ալարում են լրացնել հայտարարագրեը, կամ ժամանակ «չունեն», կամ՝ թաքցնելու բան ունեն: Ինչպես հայտնի է, մեր պաշտոնյաններից շատ-շատերը բավական մեծ ունեցվածքի տեր մարդիկ են, ահռելի թվերի հասնող փոխառություններ, դրամական միջոցներ ու եկամուտներ ունեն, էլ չասած ոմանց հոբբիների՝ թանկարժեք իրերի հավաքածուների մասին: Պարզ է, որ ոչ բոլորին է հաճելի ի տես դնել իրենց ունեցվածքը հանրության աչքի առաջ, այլապես՝ մի քանի հարց պարունակող հայտարարագիր լրացնելու համար պաշտոնյայից 4 ամիս ժամանակ չէր պահանջվի:
Հավելենք, որ այդ 3027 պարտաճանաչ պաշտոնյաներից դեռևս 2600-ի հայտարարագրերն են հրապարակվել: Հայտարարագրերի հրապարակման գործընթացը դեռևս ընթացքի մեջ է: Իսկ հայտարարագրերի հրապարակայնացմանը հաջորդելու են հայտարարագրի լրացման և ներկայացման պահանջների պահպանման ստուգման, իսկ այնուհետև՝ հայտարարագրված տվյալների արժանահավատության և ամբողջականության ստուգման գործընթացները:
Նշենք նաև, որ հանձնաժողովի կողմից նշված չէր, թե ովքեր են 206 անպարտաճանաչ պաշտոնյաները:
