Ինչպես հայտնի է, հողմաէներգետիկան համարվում է բնապահպանական տեսակետից էլեկտրական էներգիայի արտադրության առավել նպաստավոր ուղղություններից մեկը: Այն թույլ է տալիս 41 անգամ նվազեցնել հանածո վառելիքի օգտագործումը, մթնոլորտային օդի և ջրային ռեսուրսների աղտոտումը, տրանսպորտային տեղափոխումները:

Ապրիլի 25-ին, ժամը 12:00-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գավառի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի կունենան  «Սոլարսիս» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության փորձաքննության ներկայացված ԱՐԳԵՍՏ հողմաէկեկտրակայանի կառուցման և շահագործման շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության նախնական գնահատման հայտի վերաբերյալ հանրային երկրորդ քննարկումները:    

Ըստ նախագծի՝ գործունեության նպատակը էլեկտրական էներգիայի արտադրությունն է, որի իրականացման համար «ՍՈԼԱՐՍԻՍ» ընկերությունը Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի կողմից այս տարվա հունվարի 31-ին ստացել է էլեկտրական էներգիայի արտադրության լիցենզիա:

Կայանի աշխատանքային նախագիծը և հիմնական շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքներն իրականացվելու են «Օպտիմում Էներջի» ընկերության կողմից: Կայանի համար նախատեսված ամենակարևոր բաղադրիչը` հողմային տուրբիններն են: Ելնելով այս պահին առկա գնային առաջարկներից և համադրելով գին-որակ հարաբերակցությունը, ընտրվել է EDS-Group ընկերության արտադրանքը: Հողմային տուրբինների մատակարար EDS-Group ընկերությունը հանդիսանում է կովկասյան տարածաշրջանի խոշորագույն մատակարարներից և ՌԴ խոշորագույն արտադրողներից մեկը: Նախատեսվող բոլոր սարքավորումներն ունեն Եվրոպական ստանդարտներին բավարարող հավաստագրեր և բավարարում են տեղական բոլոր ստանդարտներին ու չափանիշներին:

Եթե հիմք ընդունվեն այս պահի դրությամբ առկա ՀՀ օդերևաբանության ծառայության կողմից տրված տվյալները, ապա անհրաժեշտ կլինի գնել և ներկրել 1,3 մՎտ արտադրական հզորությամբ 3 հատ ուղղահայաց հողմային տուրբիններ, որոնց կյանքի տևողությունը գնահատվում է առնվազն 20 տարի: Այս տուրբինների ընտրությունը թույլ կտա նվազեցնել հիմքային կրող կոնստրուկցիայի քանակը, փոքրացնել տեղադրվող մակերեսը, նվազեցնել լարանցման քանակը, աշխատանքները և այլն: Նախատեսվող հողմային տուրբինների արտադրած փոփոխական հոսանքը 0,4/35 տրանսֆորմատորի օգնությամբ վերածվելու է 35ԿՎ լարման և 600մ երկարությամբ 35ԿՎ բարձր լարման գծով փոխանցվելու է ցանցին:

Նախագծի համաձայն՝ կրող կոնստրուկցիան պետք է լինի ցինկապատ, որը ամբողջությամբ ներկրվելու է Ռուսաստանից: Բարձրորակ գալվանացված կոնստրուկցիաների կարևորությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում կոնստրուկցիաները չժանգոտվեն և հողանցման կորստի խնդիրներ չառաջանան: Հողանցման աշխատանքները կիրականացվեն հատուկ ներկրված պղնձյա, ալյումինե, ցինկապատ և չժանգոտվող մետաղի բաղադրիչ նյութերի օգնությամբ:

Կրող կոնստրուկցիաների տեղադրումը սկսելուց առաջ պետք է կատարվեն հողային՝ հարթեցման աշխատանքներ, որոնք կտևեն մինչև մեկ ամիս: Կոնստրուկցիաների և տուրբինների տեղադրումն էլ՝ մոտ 3 ամիս: Կայանի տարածքում կկառուցվի 6300ԿՎտ հզորության 0,4/35ԿՎ լարման բարձրացման ենթակայան, որից այնուհետև 35ԿՎ լարման օդային գծով հոսանքը կհաղորդվի դեպի «Կամո» 220/35/10 ԿՎ Ե/Կ-ի «Սարուխան» 35ԿՎ լարման օդային գիծ:
