Երկու Արամ Մանուկյան՝ Նալբանդյան փողոցում
SOCIETY1959-1991 թթ.՝ շուրջ 32 տարի Երրորդ մասի հրապարակը կոչվում է Սպանդարյան հրապարակ: 1990-ին հրապարակի կենտրոնում տեղադրվեց Սուրեն Սպանդարյանի արձանը:
Դրանից մեկ տարի անց՝ 1991-ի մայիսի 25-ին քաղաքապետարանի որոշմամբ հրապարակը վերանվանվեց Գարեգին Նժդեհի անունով:
Ու սկսվեց «աբսուրդի թատրոնը». հարց բարձրացրին՝ եթե Նժդեհի հրապարակն է, ապա ինչո՞ւ չապամոնտաժեն Սպանդարյանի արձանը: Կոմունիստներն աղմկեցին. «Նժդեհի անունը որտե՞ղ էր, երբ երեսուն տարի այս հրապարակը Սպանդարյան էր կոչվում»:
Արձանը մնաց:
Նմանատիպ վիճակ է Նալբանդյան փողոցում: Հարյուր տարի է այս փողոցը կոչվում է Նալբանդյանի անունով: Փողոցի վրա՝ ոստիկանության շենքի մուտքի մոտ վերջերս տեղադրվեց Առաջին հանրապետության պետական գործիչ, դաշնակցական Արամ Մանուկյանի արձանը: Սակայն Նալբանդյան փողոցը Արամի այդ մի արձանով «չպրծավ»:
Մետրոյի «Հանրապետության Հրապարակ» կայարանի հենց «գլխին» շուտով կտեղադրվի Արամ Մանուկյանի՝ խորհրդավոր մրցույթում «հաղթած» արձանը:
Ստացվում է՝ Նալբանդյան փողոցի վրա տեղադրված կլինի Արամ Մանուկյանի երկու արձան: Մեկը՝ սկզբում, մյուսը՝ վերջում:
Եվ ինչպես Նժդեհի հրապարակի դեպքում, այս անգամ էլ, ասենք, դաշնակցականները կարող են հարց բարձրացնել, թե ինչ գործ ունի Նալբանդյանի արձանն այս փողոցում՝ պետք է քանդել արձանն ու փողոցը վերանվանել Արամ Մանուկյանի անունով:
Ոչինչ, որ այն Նալբանդյանի անունով է կոչվում 1921 թվականից, իսկ հուշարձանը (ճարտարապետ՝ Ջիմ Թորոսյան, քանդակագործ Նիկողայոս Նիկողոսյան) տեղադրվել է 1965 թվականին:
