SOCIETYStaff.am հարթակը, որը զբաղվում է թափուր աշխատատեղերի մասին տեղեկությունների տարածմամբ և աշխատաշուկայի պահանջարկի ուսումնասիրությամբ, պարզել է, թե վերջին ամիսներին ավելի շատ որ մասնագետներն են ամենապահանջվածը, աշխատաշուկայում ինչպիսին է այս կամ այն մասնագիտության գծով գիտելիքի և հմտության ժամանակակից պահանջը, և վերջապես, որոնք են այսօր ամենաբարձր վարձատրվող մասնագիտությունները:
Եվ այսպես: Ըստ կայքի մասնագետների ուսումնասիրությունների` այսօր ամենապահանջվածը ծրագրավորողի՝ 19%, վաճառք և սպասարկում իրականացնողի` 10%, ինչպես նաև մարքեթոլոգի` 8% մասնագիտություններն են:
Թափուր աշխատատեղերի մասին հայտարարությունների 95%–ից ավելին Երևան քաղաքում է: Ոլորտային ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ ՏՏ ոլորտում գերակշռում է վեբ–տեխնոլոգիաների մասնագետի պահանջարկը, որն ի դեպ, վերջին 6 ամիսների ընթացքում աճել է:
Քիչ չէ նաև մարքեթոլոգների պահանջարկը, սակայն այս մասնագիտությամբ գործ առաջարկող ընկերությունները պահանջում են, որ մասնագիտությունից բացի թեկնածուներն ունենան նաև ստեղծագործելու ունակություններ և հաղորդակցվելու հմտություններ:
Ամենապահանջվածներից են նաև թվային մարքեթինգին և այս մասնագիտության գործիքակազմին տիրապետող մասնագետները: Ֆինանսական ոլորտում բավականին մեծ է հաշվապահական ծրագրի իմացությամբ, ֆինանսական վերլուծությունների և հաշվապահական այլ ծրագրերի իմացությամբ մասնագետների պահանջարկը։
Աշխատաշուկայում պահանջարկ վայելող մասնագիտություններից ամենաբարձրը տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, ֆինանսաբանկային համակարգի, մարքեթոլոգների աշխատավարձն է: Բարձր է նաև միջազգային հասարակական կազմակերպություններում և արդյունաբերական ընկերություններում առաջարկվող մասնագետների աշխատավարձը։

Հետաքրքիր է նաև, որ թեև մեծ է ՏՏ ոլորտի և ինժեներների պահանջարկը, սակայն քիչ չեն դեպքերը, երբ պահանջվող մասնագիտական հմտություններին համապատասխանող մասնագետ գտնելը հնարավոր չի լինում: Եվ կազմակերպությունները հաճախ ստիպված են լինում երկար ժամանակ վատնել մասնագետ գտնելու համար:
Խոսելով այս կարիերայի հարթակի մասին, նշենք նաև, որ այն ի թիվս այլ առաջատար գործիքակազմի, մշակել է մի համակարգ, որի միջոցով անհատները կարող են գնահատել, հաստատել իրենց մասնագիտական հմտությունները և արդյունքներն արտացոլել իրենց օնլայն CV–ում, ինչը նաև գործատուին կարող է օգնել շուտ գտնել պահանջվող մասնագետներին:
