ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի  նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել երկրում ստեղծված իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԱԺ հանրային կապերի վարչությունից, հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սիրելի քաղաքացիներ, սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

վերջին օրերին բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ փողոցներում եւ հրապարակներում իրենց բողոքի ձայնն են բարձրացնում՝ ուղղված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանությանը: Բողոքի այսօրինակ դրսեւորումները բնորոշ են ժողովրդավարական պետություններին:

Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ, ամենայն մանրամասնությամբ հետեւել եմ ծավալվող բոլոր իրադարձություններին, հանրահավաքների ընթացքին, կազմակերպիչների եւ իրավապահ մարմինների քայլերին ու հռետորաբանությանը: Ցավոք, որոշ դեպքերում արձանագրվել են նաեւ իրավախախտումներ, այլ անձանց իրավունքների ոտնահարման դեպքեր, որոնց նկատմամբ իշխանությունը մշտապես ցուցաբերել է հավասարակշռված վերաբերմունք՝ հաճախ գնալով զիջումների: Միջազգային տարբեր հարթակներից, Սփյուռքից, քաղաքացիական հասարակությունից, բազմաթիվ քաղաքական ուժերից, ինչպես նաեւ իշխանության կողմից հնչել են բանակցելու, քննարկումներ կազմակերպելու, իրավիճակը սրացումից զերծ պահելու բազմաթիվ հորդորներ: Հանրապետության նախագահն անձամբ է այցելել դժգոհությունների ամենաթեժ հարթակ ու անձամբ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հորդորել նստել քաղաքական երկխոսության: Դրան հաջորդել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եւ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը: Ցավոք, այս վերջին հանդիպումից ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հակված չէ խնդրի լուծմանն ուղղված քաղաքական քննարկումների, փոխզիջումների, ինչն էլ հնարավորություն պիտի տար կանխելու հնարավոր ծանր հետեւանքները, հանդարտեցնելու վիճակն ու սկսելու կառուցողական աշխատանք: Այս իրավիճակում, երբ մերժելով քաղաքական երկխոսությունը, ընտրելով ամեն ինչ կամ ոչինչ մարտավարությունը, բողոքի միջոցառումների կազմակերպիչներն ու առաջնորդները պարտավոր են գիտակցել, որ դրանով հետագա բոլոր զարգացումները, այդ թվում ամենածանրը, վերցնում են իրենց ուսերին եւ կրելու են համարժեք պատասխանատվություն:

Ուստի, գնահատելով ստեղծված իրավիճակը, գիտակցելով կարգ ու կանոն հաստատելու պետության պարտականությունը՝ կոչ եմ անում ցուցաբերել ողջախոհություն, արժեւորել յուրաքանչյուրիս սահմանադրական իրավունքները, պարտականությունները եւ նստել քաղաքական քննարկումների սեղանի շուրջ:

Վստահ եմ, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ունի քաղաքական եւ իրավական բոլոր գործիքները՝ իրավիճակի անցնցում եւ ողջամիտ հանգուցալուծմանը հասնելու համար:

Զսպվածության ու հանդուրժողականության կոչ եմ անում մեր քաղաքացիներին, բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերին, մեր քույրերին ու եղբայրներին, մեր զավակներին ու երիտասարդներին:
