Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հայաստանյան դեպքերը համարում է ժողովրդավարության կայացման հերթական փորձաշրջան
SOCIETYԽորհրդարանական ժողովրդավարության համար այդքան էլ լավ չէ, երբ ազատ կամարտահայտության և ժողովրդավարական ազատություններ օգտագործելու իրավունքը հակասության մեջ է մտնում օրենքի պաշտպանության այլ բաղադրիչների հետ և այդ գործընթացում ստիպված սկսում են ներգրավվել իրավապահները: Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով վերջին օրերին Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին:
«Իրականում համարում եմ, որ ավանդույթի, ժամանակի հարց է, որ խորհրդարանական ձայն ունեցող ընդդիմությունը և փողոցային պայքարի միակ լծակ ունեցող ընդդիմությունը ժամանակի մեջ իրարից սկսի տարբերակվել, քանի որ խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության հրաշքը հենց դրա մեջ է. այն ընդդիմությունը, որը ստացել է ժողովրդի քվեն և ունի ներկայացվածություն խորհրդարանում, ունի խնդիրները լուծելու այլ գործիքակազմ, քան այն ընդդիմությունը, որը չունի այդ հնարավորությունը և ստիպված է դիմել փողոցին»,- հայտարարեց Սարգսյանը:
Նա տեղ ունեցող գործընթացները համարեց որպես հերթական փորձաշրջան երկրի ժողովրդավարության կայացման համար:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ կապված ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորների ձերբակալման հետ՝ նա կարևորեց, որ խափանման միջոցի և դրա հետ կապված իրավական ձևակերպումների վերաբերյալ հարցը պարզաբանվի իրավապահների կողմից:
«Երեկ պատշաճ տեղեկատվությունը տարածվել է: Պատգամավորների պարագայում կան հստակ ընթացակարգեր, որը պետք է հաղթահարվի՝ ինչպես ներպետական, այնպես էլ միջազգային ընթացակարգեր: Ես վստահ եմ, որ օրենքի տառը պահվելու է»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը:
ԱԺ երեք պատգամավորներ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, Սասուն Միքայելյանը և Արարատ Միրզոյանը, ձերբակալվել են ապրիլի 22-ին ՀՀ ՀՔԾ քննիչի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում հանցագործության կատարումը կանխելու նպատակով Օրենքով սահմանված կարգի խախտմամբ հավաք դիտավորությամբ կազմակերպելու և անցկացնելու անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքով, ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 96-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի պահանջների պահպանմամբ:
