Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանի բացումը քաղաքական հարց է. Ադբաշյան

Արցախի կառավարությանն առընթեր Քաղավիացիայի վարչության պետ Դմիտրի Ադբաշյանը լավատես է, որ առաջիկայում Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանից թռիչքներ կկայանան, բայց դժվարանում է ժամկետներ նշել: Այս մասին պաշտոնյան խոսեց նո յեմբերի 3-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ` նշելով, որ օդանավակայանի բացումը քաղաքական հարց է:«Ադրբեջանն անընդհատ սպառնալիքներ էր հնչեցնում` ասելով, որ ինքնաթիռին կհարվածեն»,-նշեց Դմիտրի Ադբաշյանը` հավաստիացնելով, որ օդանավակայանը լիովին պատրաստ է քաղաքացիական անձանց փոխադրմանը:
Դմիտրի Ադբաշյանի խոսքով` Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայում կան այնպիսի սարքեր, որոնք Բաքուն ու Երևանն անգամ չունեն: Դրանով զարմացրել են նաև Ֆրանսիայից ժամանած սենատորների: «Մենք քաղաքացիական օդանավակայան ենք, քաղավիացիան ծառայում է, որ ապահովի մարդկանց իրավունքներից մեկը` տեղաշարժման իրավունքը: Մարդկանց իրավունքները կապ չունեն այն տարածքի կարգավիճակի հետ, որտեղ ապրում են: Ադրբեջանի ժողովուրդը իրավունք ունի օգտվել քաղավացիայի ծառայություներից, իսկ ԼՂՀ-ի ժողովուրդը` ո՞չ»,-նկատեց բանախոսը:
Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության օդային դարպասն է։ Գտվում է Ստեփանակերտից 10 կմ հեռավորության վրա, Ստեփանակերտ-Ասկերան A317 մայրուղուն հարող հատվածում Իվանյան գյուղի մոտ: Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանը կառուցվել է 1974թ., հիմնականում չվերթներ է ընդունել Երևանից և Բաքվից: 1992 թվականին Բերձորի ազատագրումից հետո օդանավակայանը մատնվել է պարապուրդի: 2008 թ. սկսվել է օդանավակայանի նոր գլխավոր մասնաշենքի կառուցումը (ճարտարապետ՝ Տիգրան Բարսեղյան): Մասնաշենքը ԼՂՀ գերբի նմանությամբ արտաքինից նմանվում է թևերը մեկնած արծվի:
