ՀՀԿ հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ աջակցելու են խորհրդարանի 1/3-ի կողմից առաջադրված թեկնածուին և սեփական թեկնածու չեն առաջադրելու, խոսում է այն մասին, որ գոնե այսօրվա դրությամբ՝ ՀՀԿ-ն սպառել է իր ռեսուրսները, ունակ չէ տիրապետել քաղաքական իրավիճակին և վերջնականապես որոշել է զենքերը վայր դնել:
Պայքարի այս թեժ օրերի ընթացքում ՀՀԿ-ն փորձեց ամեն կերպ իշխանությունը պահել իր ձեռքում և ժողովրդի ցասումը զսպել սահմանային լարվածության մասին լուրերով, գերտերությունների գործոնով՝ մասնավորապես՝ հորինելով Ռուսաստանի պրեսինգի մասին միֆեր: Բայց իրենց իրավունքների համար պայքարի դուրս եկած քաղաքացիները զգոնություն և միասնականություն ցուցաբերեցին՝ չհավատալով Հանրապետականի մանիպուլյացիաներին, ինչի արդյունքն էլ եղավ ՀՀԿ-ի այսօրվա հայտարարությունը, որը, թերևս, իշխանական բուրգի համար ցավագին հետքայլ էր:
Պայքարող ժողովուրդը, իրավագիտակից քաղաքացին ցույց տվեց, որ չի վախենում ոչ մի գերտերության գործոնից և ինքն է Հայաստանում իր կամքը թելադրողը:
