Կարապետ Ռուբինյան. «Պայքարն իր վրա է վերցրել այն սերունդը, որն այլանդակված չէ խորհրդային կլիշեներով»
POLITICSԱԺ նախկին փոխնախագահ, «Հանուն Հայաստան պետության» ճակատի անդամ, քաղաքագետ Կարապետ Ռուբինյանի կարծիքով այս ընթացքում մենք փառահեղ օրեր ենք ապրել, որն, ի վերջո, հանգեցրեց ժողովրդական թավշյա հեղափոխության:
«Ես գույներից երբեք չեմ վախեցել, բայց իսկապես այս հեղափոխությունը համաժողովրդական էր, առանց ինչ-որ գաղափարական տարբերությունների: Ուղղակի ժողովուրդը ոտքի կանգնեց և գործող ռեժիմը չդիմացավ»,- Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Կ. Ռուբինյանը:
Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործչի կարծիքով այս ընթացքում սերունդ է փոխվել, իսկ մինչ այս կորցրել ենք նորմալ, բոլորի համար ընդունելի պետություն ունենալու հնարավորությունը:
«Պետություն, որտեղ մարդիկ պետք է արդարության մեջ ապրեն: Մենք դա ժամանակին կորցրել ենք, բայց հիմա պետք է վերականգնենք: Նոր սերունդը ծանրաբեռնված չէ սովետական մտածելակերպով: Ըստ էության, 1988 թ.-ին, մենք բոլորս, և նրանք, ովքեր ելել էին պայքարի հանուն Արցախի ազատագրման և մեր պետության անկախացման, բոլորս հոմոսովետիկուսներ էինք: Հիմա արդեն անկախության սերունդն է պայքարն իր վրա վերցրել, սերունդ, որ ծանրաբեռնված չէ խորհրդային ժամանակների կլիշեներով և այլանդակված չէ խորհրդային կյանքով: Եվ դա հույս է ներշնչում, որ իսկապես 21-րդ դարին համարժեք պետություն կկարողանանք կառուցել»,- ասաց Կ. Ռուբինյանը:
Նա համոզված է, որ այս ընթացքում այնպիսի դրական լիցք է կուտակվել, որը չի կարող չծառայել երկրի առաջընթացի համար, այդ թվում՝ ներդրումների ոլորտն առողջացնելու և տնտեսական առաջընթաց արձանագրելու, ինչպես նաև ներգաղթին տեմպ հաղորդելու համար:
«Բոլոր ուղղություններում էլ մարդկանց մոտ դրական սպասումներ են և կարծում եմ, որ այդ սպասումների ֆոնին պետք է առաջընթաց գրանցվի: Այսօր բոլորս մեծ հույսով և հավատով սպասում ենք ձեռքբերումների դե յուրե ամրագրմանը և առանց ժամանակ կորցնելու, հենց այսօրվանից էլ, բոլորս պետք է լծվենք երկրի նորացմանն ու երկրի զարգացմանը»,- ասաց Կ. Ռուբինյանը:
