ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը օրերս «The Independent»-ին տված հարցազրույցում, խոսելով ՀՀ-ում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների և ապագայում սպասվելիք գործընթացների մասին, նշել էր. «Պատրաստ եմ կրկին ներգրավվել, եթե ինչ-որ բան այնպես չընթանա։ Ես պատրաստ եմ կանգնել ոստիկանի և ցուցարարի միջև, եթե հարկ լինի»:

Այս հայտարարությունից առաջ ՍԻՄ նախագահությունը մասնավորապես հայտարարել էր, որ «դատապարտում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա կողմնակիցների ագրեսիվ և հակաօրինական գործողությունները և որ նման մթնոլորտում վարչապետի ընտրությունը ՍԻՄ-ը համարում է հակասահմանադրական»:

ԱԱԾ նախկին փոխնախարար Գուրգեն Եղիազարյանը երկու հայտարարությունների միջև զուգահեռներ է տեսնում:

«Նախևառաջ՝ նախագահի հայտարարությունը խիստ մտահոգիչ է այն համատեքստում, որ մեկ օր հետո ԱԺ-ում պետք է լինի վարչապետի ընտրությունը: ՀՀԿ-ն հայտարարեց, որ խորհրդարանի 1/3-ի կողմից առաջադրված թեկնածուին աջակցելու է դառնալ վարչապետ: Հայտարարության մեջ, սակայն, Ն.Փաշինյանի անունը չկա: Բացի այդ, կան անհատական մակարդակով արված հայտարարություններ, համաձայն որոնց ընտրելու են «ժողովրդի թեկնածուին»: Այդ դեպքում «ժողովրդի թեկնածուն», ըստ իրենց, կարող է լինել ցանկացած մեկ ուրիշը, բայց ոչ Ն. Փաշինյանը: Եվ ահա, ՀՀԿ-ի պաշտոնական հայտարարությունից հետո խոսք է հնչեցնում Ա. Սարգսյանը՝ ուղիղ նշելով, որ կկանգնի ժողովրդի և ոստիկանության միջև: Դրանից հետո հայտարարությամբ է հանդես գալիս ՍԻՄ-ը՝ ուղիղ նշելով, որ Ն. «Ն. Փաշինյանը հարթակից ամեն անգամ հայտարարում է, որ իրենք դուրս են եկել միմիայն բաց ձեռքերով խաղաղ երթի ու բացառում են ցանկացած բռնություն: Բռնություն չկա, բայց ՍԻՄ-ի կողմից հանկարծ մեղադրանք է հնչեցվում»,-նկատեց նա:

Շարունակելով վերլուծել հայտարարությունները, մեր զրուցակիցն ընդգծեց. «Նախ՝ հաշվի առնենք, որ ՀՀԿ-ն պաշտոնապես չի հայտարարել իր թեկնածուի անունն ու ազգանունը, իսկ ամսի 8-ին «ժողովրդի թեկնածուն» կարող է դառնալ ցանկացածը, ինչպես նաև իրենց ընտրյալը: Երկրորդ՝ այս խաղաղ պայմաններում հանկարծ նախագահը խոսում է այն մասին, որ պատրաստ է կանգնել ժողովրդի և ոստիկանության միջև: Այսինքն՝ ուղիղ կարելի է հասկանալ, որ մայիսի 8-ին բախում է սպասվում: Այս խաղաղ պայմաններում նման հայտարարությունը ես այլ կերպ չեմ կարող բնութագրել: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ այդ վախը Ա. Սարգսյանի ենթագիտակցությունից է եկել: Իմանալով որոշակի փաստեր՝ նա արդեն կանխավ հայտարարում է հնարավոր բախման մասին: Երրորդն այն է, որ մայիսի 1-ին Նիկոլին դեմ քվեարկած անձը հայտարարություն է տարածում, նրան մեղադրելով տարբեր հանցանքների մեջ: Այս ամենը իմի բերելով, կարող եմ մի բան ասել. մայիսի 8-ի ընտրությունների ժամանակ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Ն. Փաշինյանի թեկնածությունը չի անցնելու: Հենվելով այս հայտարարությունների վրա, և այն իրողության, որ ՀՀԿ-ն անուն, ազգանուն չի հնչեցրել, ուրիշ բան չեմ կարող ենթադրել: Այսինքն՝ ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից ժողովրդի թեկնածուն կարող է լինել մեկ ուրիշը, ինչն, իհարկե, մեծ խժդժությունների կբերի: Եթե հենվում ենք նախապես արված այս հայտարարությունների վրա՝ բախումն անխուսափելի է»:
