ՀՀԿ-ն վերահաստատում է պատգամավորների 1/3-ի առաջադրած վարչապետի թեկնածուին անհրաժեշտ քանակությամբ ձայներ տալու պատրաստակամությունը
POLITICSՀՀԿ-ն, որպես կուսակցություն մնալու է իր սկզբունքային կարծիքին և, միևնույն ժամանակ, օժանդակելու է պատգամավորների 1/3-ին ստորագրությամբ առաջադրված վարչապետի թեկնածուին: Մայիսի 7-ին ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ, ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: Նրա պնդմամբ` Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը համապատասխան քանակությամբ ձայն կապահովի վարչապետի ընտրության համար:
«Մենք, որպես կուսակցություն, մնում ենք մեր սկզբունքային կարծիքին և, միևնույն ժամանակ, մենք օժանդակելու ենք պատգամավորների 1/3-ին ստորագրությամբ առաջադրված վարչապետի թեկնածուին, տվյալ դեպքում՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Եթե չեմ սխալվում, Փաշինյանի օգտին հավաքվել է 45 ստորագրություն, և Հայաստանի
Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը համապատասխան քանակությամբ ձայնով կապահովի, որպեսզի ունենանք վարչապետ: Այդ ամենը եղել է խմբակցության որոշմամբ, մենք ենք պատգամավորներին հորդորել, որ նրանք կողմ քվեարկեն: Այստեղ որևէ կուսակցության բաժանում չկա, սա մեր կուսակցության որոշումն է»,- ասաց Շարմազանովը:
Հարցին, թե ում են հորդորել կողմ քվեարկել, Շարմազանովը պատասխանեց. «Վաղը կիմանաք»:
Գործադիր մարմնի անդամները քննարկում էին մայիսի 8-ին կայանալիք վարչապետի ընտրության հետ կապված հարցեր:
Ապրիլի 17-ին Ազգային ժողովի կողմից վարչապետ ընտրված Սերժ Սարգսյանը երկրում սկսված ակցիաների պատճառով ապրիլի 23-ին հայտարարեց պաշտոնից հեռանալու մասին:
Վարչապետի ընտրության առաջին փուլը տեղի ունեցավ մայիսի 1-ին, որտեղ, սակայն, վարչապետի պաշտոնում առաջադրված միակ թեկնածուն՝ «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընտրվելու համար չստացավ բավարար թվով ձայներ:
Խորհրդարանական մեծամասնություն ունեցող ՀՀԿ-ն մայիսի 1-ի ընտրությունից հետո հայտարարեց, որ վարչապետի ընտրության երկրորդ փուլում կպաշտպանի պատգամավորների մեկ երրորդի (35 պատգամավոր) կողմից առաջադրված թեկնածուին, և այդ օրը ՀՀ-ն կունենա վարչապետ:
Մայիսի 8-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ին, Ազգային ժողովի հատուկ նիստում տեղի կունենա ՀՀ վարչապետի ընտրության երկրորդ փուլը: ՀՀ վարչապետի միակ թեկնածուն «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է:
Համաձայն ՀՀ Մայր օրենքի՝ եթե պատգամավորների ընդհանուր թվի ձայների մեծամասնությամբ երկրորդ անգամ վարչապետ չի ընտրվում, ապա Ազգային ժողովն արձակվում է իրավունքի ուժով և նշանակվում են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ:
