Սիրելի՛ երկրապահներ, Արցախյան ազատամարտի հարգելի՛ վետերաններ,

 

սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Երկրապահի օրվա առթիվ:
Մեր անկախ պետականության կերտման և կայացման գործում իրավամբ անժխտելի է Երկրապահի դերը: Արցախյան ազատամարտը, որ Հայոց նորագույն պատմության փառահեղ էջն է, գրվեց հենց նվիրյալ երկրապահների սխրանքով, ովքեր ինքնակամ ստանձնեցին հայրենիքի պաշտպանի շնորհակալ առաքելությունն ու, հերթական անգամ վերանվաճելով հայերիս ազատ ապրելու և հարատևելու իրավունքը, դարձան հաղթանակած մեր բանակի ամուր հենասյունը:
Եռասերունդ երկրապահն այսօր էլ, վստահաբար, շարունակում է իր նշանակալի ավանդն ունենալ բանակային կադրերի համալրման գործում՝ հավատարիմ մնալով իր բուն կոչմանն ու առաքելությանը և ապավինելով անցած փառավոր ուղուն ու դավանած արժեքներին:
Երկրապահի տոնը նաև խոնարհումի օր է բոլոր այն հայորդոց հիշատակին, ովքեր իմացյալ մահվան գնով վերանվաճեցին ազատ Արցախ ու անկախ Հայաստան ունենալու մեր իրավունքը: Հավե՛րժ փառք բոլոր հերոսներին ու խորին խոնարհում նրանց շիրիմներին:
Զոհված ազատամարտիկների ու զինվորների սիրելի՛ ծնողներ և հարազատներ,
այս օրը նաև ձեր անհատնում համբերության և անկոտրում կամքի գնահատման օր է: Դուք իրավամբ արժանի եք ամենաբարձր գնահատանքի ու մեծարման: Անկեղծ երախտագիտությամբ խոնարհվելով ձեր առաջ՝ վստահեցնու՛մ եմ, որ իմ ուժերի և հնարավորությունների սահմանում շարունակելու եմ միշտ լինել ձեր կողքին:
