Մայիսը հայ ժողովրդի համար նշանավորվում է հաղթանակներով և դրանց նշանակությամբ: Մայիսի 9-ին լրացավ Հայրենական Մեծ պատերազմում ֆաշիզմի դեմ տարած հաղթանակի 73-րդ, Շուշիի ազատագրման՝ 26-րդ տարեդարձը: Նշվում է Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի հիմնադրման օրը:
Տարիներ շարունակ ազգովի նշելով եռատոնը՝ անթաքույց հպարտություն ենք զգում մեր պապերի ու հայրերի հաղթանակների համար, որն օրերս համալրվեց նաև մեր երիտասարդների հաղթանակով ̀ «թավշյա հեղափոխությամբ», և դարձավ քառատոն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար:
Սերունդների հաղթանակները շարունակում են մայիսը դարձնել մեզ համար ուժի, հզորության, հաղթանակի ամիս և այդ համատեքստում մեր հպարտության ամիսը խոստանում է դառնալ բազմատոն՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում:
Շնորհավորում եմ մեր հայրենակիցներին հաղթանակի և խաղաղության տոնի առթիվ, Արցախի հզոր, կայացած, ամուր բանակի և Շուշիի ազատագրման օրվա կապակցությամբ:
Պետք է հիշել, որ այս հաղթանակները միայն վայելելու, մեկս մյուսին շնորհավորելու և պատմության գրքերում զետեղելու համար չեն, այս հաղթանակները ամենօրյա աշխատանքով պահելու և զարգացնելու, հանուն հայ ժողովրդի բարօրության և հարատևության ավելիին հասնելու մոտիվացիա են:
