Անհրաժեշտ է հատկապես հիշողությունը հետ բերել մարդկանց կյանք

Hraparak.am-ը գրում է.
Մեր ժողովուրդը իր բոլոր առավելություններով ու միասնականությամբ հանդերձ երկու մեծ թերություն ունի. կարճ հիշողություն և ալիքի տակ ընկնելու սովորություն։ Ալիքը գալիս է եվրոպայից, արագ մոռանում ենք մեզ, ճկվում ու հարմարվում նորին։ Ալիքը գալիս է Ռուսաստանից, օրհնում ենք ենք “ռսի սհաթը”՝ մոռանալով ու կորցնելով մեզ։
Ահա այս ֆոնին ժողովրդական ընդվզումն ու ալիքը, որն, իհարկե անհնար է այլ կերպ դիտարկել, քան հարգել ու հաշվի նստել նոր իրողության հետ, իր ալիքով սրբեց ու մաքրեց նաև շատ մարդկանց հիշողությունը։ Քանի տալիս քանդում ենք ամեն ինչ՝ քաղաքի կառավարումն էլ փոխենք, սկսեցին մարդիկ հորջորջել. ինչու չէ, որ։
Մարդիկ, իհարկե, մոռացան, որ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հրաժարականը պահանջելուց մի շաբաթ առաջ Տարոն Մարգարյանին գովում էին՝ բարեխիղճ ու նվիրված աշխատանքի համար։ Հիմա որին հավատանք, ձեր գովեստներին, թե ոնց։
Արագ հարցախույզ արեցի իմ շրջապատում, հատկապես այն թեմայով, թե հաշվի առնելով համատարած հիշողության կորուստը, այնուամենայնիվ, Տարոն Մարգարյանը որևէ լավ բան արել է քաղաքի համար։ Ահա, առանձնացրել եմ 3 հետաքրքիրները.
1.Տարոն Մարգարյանի աշխատանքի արդունքում մարդիկ սկսեցին քննադատել կրկնակի ասֆալտապատումը։ Հիշեցնենք, նախկինում թեման փողոցի ասֆալտի ծածկույթի իսպառ բացակայությունն էր, հիմա քննադատում էին՝ երբ ասֆալտապատեն, ինչպես ու քանի անգամ։
2.Տարոն Մարգարյանի օրոք բակերը սկսեցին քաղաքային կառավարման սպեկտոր մտնել. բակեր բարեկարգվեցին, խաղահրապարակներ դրվեցին, անճոռնի ավտոտնակները դուրս բերվեցին բակերից։ Նախկինում մարդիկ խոսում կամ քննադատում էին միայն փողոցների վիճակի մասով, նրանք չգիտեին էլ, որ իրենց բակերի մասին երբևէ հոգ կտանեն, կգան նման ժամանակներ։ Տարոն Մարգարյանին սկսեցին քննադատել այն բանի համար, որ ամեն բակում տաղավար ու խաղահրապարակ չի դնում, այլ ամեն երկրորդ կամ երրորդ բակում է դնում։
3.Տարոն Մարգարյանի օրոք մանկապարտեզները վերանորոգվեցին, ապահովվեցին նոր գույքով ու ամբողջապես անվճար դարձան՝ էլեկտրոնային հերթագրումով։ Մարդիկ սկսեցին քննադատել իրենց երեխայի հերթը առաջ գցելու անհնարինության համար։
Իհարկե, մարդիկ ոգևորված են, դիտարժան կադրեր են պահանջում, կինոյի շարունակություն։ Բայց անհրաժեշտ է ողջամտությունը և հատկապես հիշողությունը հետ բերել մարդկանց կյանք։ Մարդ ես, պետք կգա։
