Սերժ Սարգսյանը նամակ է հղել «Լույս» հիմնադրամի աշխատակազմին ու կրթաթոշակառուների համայնքին
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտոնաթող նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նամակ է հղել «Լույս» հիմնադրամի աշխատակազմին ու կրթաթոշակառուների համայնքին: Նա հայտնել է, որ մոտակա օրերին կհրավիրվի հիմնադրամի Գործադիր խորհրդի նիստ` քննարկելու մեր հիմնադրամի ապագային միտված ծրագրերը եւ դրանց ֆինանսավորման հնարավորությունները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի գրասենյակից: Նամակում մասնավորաբար ասված է.
«2009 թվականին «Լույսը»-ի ստեղծման գաղափարը մեր հայրենիքի վերելքը ապահովելու անհրաժեշտ պայմանն էր։ Այս տարիների ընթացքում աշխարհի առաջատար 10 բուհերում մենք ունեցել ենք շուրջ 570 կրթաթոշակառու գրեթե բոլոր գիտական ճյուղերում` տեսական ֆիզիկայից մինչեւ միջազգային հարաբերություններ։ Հիմնադրամն անցնող տարիներին իրականացրել է նաեւ մի շարք մշակութային, կրթական ու ստեղծագործական կազմակերպությունների ու տաղանդաշատ անհատների ֆինանսավորում, որոնք իրենց նպաստն են բերել մեր հայրենիքի շենացման գործին։ Մեր կրթաթոշակառուներից շատերն արդեն աշխատում եւ արարում են Հայաստանում` հարստացնելով մեր պետական հաստատությունները, քաղաքացիական հասարակությունն ու գործարար մշակույթը։ Լիահույս եմ, որ մյուսներն էլ միջազգային հարթակներում անհրաժեշտ փորձ ու գիտելիք ձեռք բերելուց հետո կվերադառնան հայրենիք ու կլծվեն երկիրը զարգացնելու շնորհակալ գործին»։
Սերժ Սարգսյանը նաև նշել է, թե ակնհայտ է, որ ընթացիկ ծրագրերի ծավալները օբյեկտիվորեն կրճատվելու, իսկ ոչ կրթաթոշակային ծրագրերը` հիմնականում դադարեցվելու են ի նպաստ նոր ուղղություններով իրականացվելիք այլ ծրագրերի։ «Մոտակա օրերին կհրավիրվի հիմնադրամի Գործադիր խորհրդի նիստ` քննարկելու մեր հիմնադրամի ապագային միտված ծրագրերը եւ դրանց ֆինանսավորման հնարավորությունները»,-ասված է նամակում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Լույս» հիմնադրամի կրթական ծրագրի գործադիր տնօրեն Ժաքլին Կարաասլանյանը մայիսի 10-ին հայտարարել էր իր և հիմնադրամի աշխատակազմի գործունեության դադարեցման մասին՝ չմասնավորեցնելով, թե ով է կոնկրետ զանգահարել իրեն և տեղեկացրել այդ մասին:
