Հայաստանը Չինաստանի համար բարեկամական համագործակցության ավանդական գործընկեր է: Դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման օրվանից ի վեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունները պահպանում են զարգացման ակտիվ միտում: Երկկողմ քաղաքական վստահությունը անդադար խորանում է, իսկ համագործակցությունը տարբեր ոլորտներում աստիճանաբար զարգանում:
Ես պատրաստ եմ հաստատել Ձեզ հետ լավ աշխատանքային հարաբերություններ, որպեսզի համատեղ ջանքերով հայ-չինական հարաբերությունները բարձրացնենք զարգացման նոր աստիճանի: Չինական կողմը պատրաստ է հետագայում եւս «Մեկ ճանապարհ, մեկ գոտի» նախաձեռնությունը մեկտեղել ձեր երկրի զարգացման ռազմավարության հետ, որպեսզի երկկողմ հարաբերությունների եւ համագործակցության զարգացման արդյունքներն ավելի շատ իրական օգուտ կբերեն երկու երկրների ժողովուրդներին:
