Տրանսպորտի, կապի եւ ՏՏ նոր նախարարը նախկինում ՀՔԾ քննիչ է եղել

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի եւ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Աշոտ Հակոբյանը նախկինում եղել է Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչ։
Նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը երեկ՝ մայիսի 12-ին հրամանագիր է ստորագրել Աշոտ Հակոբյանին նախարար նշանակելու վերաբերյալ։

ՀՔԾ ընդհանուր բնույթի հանցագործությունների վարչության պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ, ծնվել է 1968թ. հունվարի 1-ին Հրազդանում:
Բարձրագույն կրթությունը ստացել է Երեւանի պետական համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետում, որն ավարտել է 1996 թվականին՝ ստանալով իրավաբան-իրավագետի որակավորում:
Մասնագիտական գործունեությունը սկսել է 1998 թվականից ՀՀ ՆԳ եւ ԱԱ նախարարության քննչական գլխավոր վարչության 3-րդ (հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության) վարչությունում` աշխատելով որպես քննիչ, իսկ 2000թ. փետրվարից` ավագ քննիչ:
2005 -2008թթ. ՀՀ ոստիկանության քննչական գլխավոր վարչության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության Կենտրոնական քննչական բաժնի պետի տեղակալ:
2008-2011թթ. ՀՀ ոստիկանության քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության վարչության` մարդկանց առեւտրի (թրաֆիքինգ), թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության եւ կազմակերպված հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնի պետ:
2011-2014թթ. ՀՀ ոստիկանության քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության վարչության պետի տեղակալ:
2014թ. հոկտեմբերի 2-ից 2014թ. հոկտեմբերի 20-ը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի պետ:
1986-1988թթ. Ծառայել է Խորհրդային բանակում: Ամուսնացած է, ունի 2 երեխա:
Պարգեւատրվել է «Ոստիկանությունում գերազանց ծառայության» կրծքանշանով, «Օրենքի պատվար» մեդալով, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի հրամանով պարգեւատրվել է զենքով (մարտական ատրճանակ), ինչպես նաեւ տարբեր գերատեսչությունների կողմից արժանացել է բազմաթիվ պատվոգրերի եւ խրախուսանքների:
Աշոտ Հակոբյանը վերջին տարիներին զբաղվել է մասնավոր բիզնեսով։
