Ուկրաինացի լրագրողի անդրադարձը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ձեւավորած կառավարությանն ու աշխատաոճին
SOCIETYՈւկրաինացի լրագրող Օլեգ Խվոշչեւսկին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում անդրադարձել է Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած թավշյա հեղափոխությանն ու պատմել, թե ինչպես կարողացավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իրավիճակ փոխել Հայաստանում այն դեպքում, երբ բյուջեն մնաց անփոփոխ: Բլոգերի գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ամբողջությամբ.
«Ուզում եմ ձեզ պատմել, թե ինչի կարող է հասնել երեք օրվա ընթացքում կարգապահ մարդը. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, դառնալով վարչապետ, փոխեց բոլոր նախարարներին: Նոր թիմում անգամ 27 եւ 29 տարեկան նախարարներ կան... Փաշինյանն անդրադարձավ մաքսատներին ու հայտնեց, որ արդեն իսկ կա նոր աշխատաոճ, եւ որ այսօրվանից ապրանքները մաքսազերծվելու են ժամերի ընթացքում, եւ որ մարդիկ կարող են ներկրել այն ամենը, ինչն արգելված չէ Հայաստանի օրենսդրությամբ, որեւէ օլիգարխ այլեւս չի լինելու:
Հայերը սոցիալական ցանցերում պատմում են, որ այդպիսի ԱՐԱԳԱՇԱՐԺՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆՈՒՄ երբեւէ չէր եղել: Հայաստանում անորակ դիզվառելիքի խնդիրներ կային, դիզվառելիքը Հայաստան ներկրելու իրավունք ուներ միայն մեկ օլիգարխ: Այսօր արդեն այդ խնդիրը չկա, ամեն ցանկացող կարող է Վրաստանից ներկրել որակյալ դիզելային վառելիք:
Փաշինյանն անդրադարձավ գեներալներին ու զինվորների մայրերին: Նա բացատրեց, որ զինվորների հարազատները ՉՊԵՏՔ Է գնեն հիգիենիկ պարագաներ զինվորների համար, իսկ նման բոլոր դեպքերի հանդիպելիս Փաշինյանն առաջարկեց այդ մասին գրել ֆեյսբուքի իր էջին:
Արդեն հաջորդ օրը նրան սկսեցին գրել զինվորների ծնողները, որ իրենց զինվոր որդիներին սկսել են անգամ կոնֆետ տալ, ու կերակրել այնպես, ասես նրանք ռեստորանում են:
Փաշինյանն իր ամեն նշանակումը բացատրում է մարդկանց ֆեյսբուքի միջոցով, ամեն օր մարդկանց պատմում է, թե ինչ, ինչու եւ ինչպես արեց այդ օրը… բայց չէ՞ որ Հայաստանի բյուջեն չի փոխվել, պարզապես եկավ այն մարդը, ով սիրում է մարդկանց եւ ուզում է, որ իր ազգը ապրի ազատ ու երջանիկ… Ժողովուրդը վստահեց ու համախմբվեց նրա շուրջ, ու Հայաստանի թալանչիները խուճապահար եղան…
Իսկ հիմա, ընկերներ, համեմատեք Ուկրայինայի հետ, աղաչում եմ ձեզ, ոչնչից մի վախեցեք եւ փոխեք Ուկրաինան, հակառակ դեպքում մենք ավելի ենք ցած իջնելու…»,-գրել է լրագրողը:
