Շիրակի պետհամալսարանի ռեկտորն էլ հրաժարական տվեց

Առաջիկայում Շիրակի պետական համալսարանում տեղի կունենան բուհի ռեկտորի նոր ընտրություններ: Բուհի խնդրի հանգուցալուծման նպատակով մայիսի 15-ին բուհում էր ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը: Նախարարը նախ հանդիպում ունեցավ ռեկտոր Սահակ Մինասյանի և ուսանողների ու դասախոսների հետ, ապա պատասխանել լրագրողների հարցերին:

Ասուլիսի ընթացքում նախարարը տեղեկացրեց, որ մինչ բուհի ռեկտորի նոր ընտրությունները բուհը կղեկավարի պրոռեկտոր Երվանդ Սերոբյանը: «Պարոն Մինասյանը շատ լուրջ քայլի է դիմել, սա փոխզիջումային ողջունելի քայլ է առկա իրավիճակը հանդարտեցնելու եւ ակադեմիական գործընթացը վերականգնելու համար: Ես պորֆեսորադասախոսական կազմին խորհուրդ եմ տալիս չսրել իրավիճակը: Սա լուծում է, որը թույլ կտա դուրս գալ ստեղծված իրավիճակից: ԿԳ նախարարությունը ելնելու է բացառապես ոլորտի շահերից, եւ որեւէ մեկին առավելություն չի տրվելու: Ես հաջորդ շաբաթ կրկին կգամ Գյումրի, կհանդիպեմ դասախոսների եւ ուսանողների հետ»,- նշեց նախարարը:

Հանդիպման ժամանակ Սահակ Մինասյանը վստահեցրեց, որ իր կողմից մինչ բուհի ռեկտորի նոր ընտրությունները, ժամանակավորապես պաշտոնը լքելու որոշումը կապ չունի բուհի կառավարման խորհրդի նախագահ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանի հրաժարականի հետ: «Ամեն ինչ չկապենք դրա հետ: Մեր մոտ ինստիտուցիոնալ խնդիրներ կան, և եթե չլինեին այդ խնդիրները, ամեն ինչ իրավական դաշտ կտեղափոխվեր»,-նշեց Սահակ Մինասյանը՝ փաստելով, որ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանի հրաժարականից հետո բուհի նոր կառավարման խորհրդի կազմ ձևավորելու անհրաժեշտություն է առաջ եկել: Սահակ Մինասյանը չմանրամասնելով հետագա քայլերն այդ թվում արդյոք կմասնակցի՞ բուհի ռեկտորի նոր ընտրություններին: «Հետոի մասին կասեմ հետո»,-հավելեց Սահակ Մինասյանը:

«Կարծում եմ, բոլոր մնացած բուհերում և ուսումնական հաստատություններում խնդիրները պետք է այսպես լուծվեն՝ բանակցությունների ու փոխզիջումների միջոցով: Պետք է հաշվի առնենք, որ Հայաստանում իրավիճակ է փոխվել, պետք է հաշվի առնեք, որ Հայաստանում ունենք նոր իրողություններ, բայց այդ իրողությունները չպետք է մեզ հանեն օրենքի ու օրինականության դաշտից: ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարությունն ամբողջությամբ շահագրգիռ կողմերի տրամադրության տակ է: Մենք կողմնապահություն չենք դրսևորում, ԿԳ նախարարությունը ելնում է ոլորտի շահերից, և որևէ մեկին առավելություն չենք տալու»,- նշեց Արայիկ Հարությունյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ այս ընթացքում հանդիպումներ է ունեցել կողմերի հետ: «Ինձ համար անընդունելի էր բուհում ոչ ակադեմիական մթնոլորտը, երբ փոխադարձ վիրավորանքների պայմաններում «լուծվում էր» Հայաստանի բուհերից մեկի՝ Շիրակի համալսարանի հարցը»,-հավելեց նախարարը:
