ԿԳՆ-ն դպրոցներում դրամահավաքների վերաբերյալ ցանկացած ահազանգ կփոխանցի ոստիկանություն

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը դպրոցներում դրամահավաքության վերաբերյալ ցանկացած ահազանգ փոխանցելու է իրավապահ մարմիններին:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում այս մասին ասաց ԿԳ նախարարը։ «Ես բազմաթիվ տեղեկություններ ունեմ, որ այն գումարները, որոնք հավաքվել են, ետ են վերադարձվել, բայց կան նաև դպրոցներ ու ահազանգեր, որ այդ գումարները հավաքվում են: Ես ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ ասել եմ ու ասում եմ, որ յուրաքանչյուր դեպքով տվյալները հանձնելու եմ իրավապահ մարմիններին: Երեկ պարոն Օսիպյանի հետ էլ եմ խոսել այդ հարցով: Հորդորում եմ ուսուցիչներին, տնօրեններին, որոնք նման գործունեությամբ են զբաղվում, վերջ տան, Հայաստանում իրավիճակ է փոխվել, դրամահավաքները խստիվ պատժվելու են»,-ասաց նախարար Հարությունյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է բուհերի կառավարման խորհուրդներում կուսակցական անձանց առկայությանը, ապա Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նկատեց, որ այժմ քննարկվող «Բարձրագույն կրթության մասին» օրենքի ընդունումից հետո այդ հարցը կլուծվի: «Մենք ուզում ենք օրենքն օր առաջ ընդունվի, որ խնդիրը դուրս գա օրակարգից»,-ավելացրեց նախարարը: Նրա խոսքով՝ որևէ պաշտոնյա, քաղաքական գործիչ չպետք է տեղ ունենա բուհերի խորհուրդներում, որպեսզի բուհերն առավելագույնս լինեն ինքնավար, և ակադեմիական ազատությունները դրանից չտուժեն:
Անդրադառնալով ռեկտորների փոփոխության հարցին՝ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ նման գործընթանցներ կան, իրենք առանձին-առանձին ուսումնասիրում են բոլոր բուհերի հետ կապված խնդիրները: Նախարարը, սակայն, չցանկացավ որևէ բուհի հետ կապված կարծիք հայտնել՝ նշելով, որ այն համալիր խնդիր է, որը կլուծվի օրենսդրական փոփոխություններով:
