«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Ցանկացած պետության կայացվածության գլխավոր չափանիշը նրա կառավարելիությունն է, պետական մեքենայի անխափան գործունեությունը: Եթե երկրի կառավարելիությունը չապահովվի, ոչ մի պետություն, անգամ բարեկամ, լուրջ չի վերաբերվի այդ երկրի իշխանությանը: Հայաստանում ահա ստեղծված է մի բացառիկ վիճակ, երբ օետական մեքենան կարող է ուղղակի ջարդել երկիրը մատնելով լիակատար անկառավարելիության»,– երեկ հրապարակված հոդվածում նշել է ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը: Իհարկե, դժվար է միանշանակ պնդել, թե ինչ դրդապատճառներով է գրվել նշյալ հոդվածը (Տեր–Պետրոսյանը նշում է սրտացավությունը նոր կառավարության հաջողության հանդեպ) , սակայն չհամաձայնել նման տեսակետի հետ , չափազանց դժվար է: Իսկապես, այն, ինչ կատարվում է այս օրերին հանրապետությունում, երբ ում նոր գնված կոշիկը ոտքը ցավեցնում է, որոշում է  ճանապարհ փակել, ուղղակի անհնար է համարել ժողովրդավարության արդյունք:  Նախ, մի կողմից անհասկանալի է տարիներ շարունակ կուտակված խնդիրների լուծումը պահանջել մի կառավարությունից, որն ընդամենը հազիվ մեկ շաբաթական է:  Ստացվում է, որ շարունակվում է ՀՀԿ–ական պատգամավորի հայտնի հարցադրումը որից նույնիսկ հհկականներն էին շոկի մեջ ընկել, թե բա՝ «Նաիրիտը» երբ եք աշխատացնելու, պարոն Փաշինյան: Մյուս կողմից, անհասկանալի ակտիվու­թյուն են ցուցաբերում ուժեր, որոնք վստահ են ՝ ցանկացած հակազդեցություն իրենց հանդեպ կվիճարկեն դատարանում ու կշահեն: Դե, շատ ժողովրդավար երկիր ենք՝ ում իրավունքն ասես պաշտպանված է: Վերջապես, կան հարցեր, որոնք սոսկ իրավական հարթության մեջ են, թեկուզ այս պարագայում պետք է նաև ընդունել, որ շարժման օրերին հարթակից հնչած մի շարք խոստումներ շատ ավելի զգայական դաշտից էին, ինչն էլ հանգեցրել է այսօրվա ակտիվության: Մի խոսքով, իսկապես առկա է վտանգավոր մի սահմանագիծ, երբ ժողովրդավարությունը սպառնում է վերածվել անարխիայի: Սրա դեմն առնելու համար նոր իշխանությունները, ուզեն թե չուզեն, պետք է կոնկրետ քայլեր ձեռնարկեն: Տեր–Պետրոսյանը հուշումներ տալիս է: Կօգտվեն այդ հուշումներից, թե կգնան սեփական արահետներով, այլ հարց է: Բայց որ հստակ քայլեր են անհրաժեշտ, անկասկած է:
