Վերջին շրջանի զարգացումները խոսում են այն մասին, որ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած թավշյա հեղափոխությունը ոչ միայն երկրում փոխեց իրավիճակ ու իշխանություն, այլև փոխեց մարդկանց, նրանց մտածելակերպը հատկապես այն առումով, որ տարիների կուտակված հարցերի և խնդիրների վրա ուշադրություն հրավիրելու համար մարդիկ սկսեցին հրաժարվել նույն պայմաններով աշխատել և գործադուլների միջոցով ակնկալեցին հարցերի լուծում։ Այս համատեքստում, ի թիվս այլ կազմակերպություններ ու հասարակական խմբերի, գործադուլ իրականացրեցին նաև Արարատի ցեմենտ գործարանի աշխատակիցները՝ պահանջելով վերանայել իրենց աշխատանքային պայմանները։ Այս գործարանում տեղի ունեցող գործադուլը տարբերվեց մյուսներից թե՛ լուսաբանման, թե՛ մի շարք այլ հանգմանքներով, քանի որ դրան խառնվեց որոշակի քաղաքական բաղադրիչ, որը ակնառու դարձավ իշխանությանը երբեմնի գովասաց կայքերի ակտիվ լուսաբանմամբ այս հարցում, ընդ որում, լուսաբանմամբ հենց այն նրբերանգներով, որոնք իրենց համար ձեռնտու էին։ 

Յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու իրավունքների մեջ է մտնում բողոքելու, գործադուլ անելու և քաղաքացիական անհնազադնություն ցուցաբերելու միտումը։ Իսկ գործադուլները հիմնականում դրված են սոցիալ-աշխատանքային և այլ նմանօրինակ հիմքերի վրա։ Այսինքն՝ այստեղ քաղաքական բաղադրիչը իսպառ բացառել է պետք, բայց ինչպես վերը նշվեց, այն այդեն դրված է դրա հիմքում, քանի որ ադեկվատ ժամկետներ ու սպասելու առաջարկ անելուց հետո էլ շարունակում են որոշ աշխատակիցներ մնալ փողոցում և բողոքել։ Այս առիթով պետք է նշել նաև, որ հենց այդ նույն բողոքի հարթակում նկատվել են մարդիկ, որոնք ոչ մի առնչություն չունեն գործարանի հետ։ Հետևաբար սա կազմակերպված սադրանք է ոչ միայն Արարատ ցեմենտի ղեկավարության, ոչ միայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի քաղաքական վարկանիշի, այլև երկրի ներքին կայունության դեմ։
