Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում  գրում է.

Սիրելի՛ երևանցիներ, Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի մեր բնակիչներ, բարձր եմ գնահատում յուրաքանչյուր հայի՝ մեր երկրի, քաղաքի ու իր բնակավայրի նկատմամբ ունեցած սերն ու նվիրումը, պատասխանատվության անմնացորդ զգացումը, որն այս օրերին դրսևորվում է զանգվածային տարբեր հավաքների ընթացքում: Միաժամանակ չեմ բացառում, որ կան ու կլինեն որոշ դրսևորումներ, որոնք սպասարկում են նեղ անձնական շահեր և քողարկված են այսպես ասած «Հանուն հայրենիքի»:

Ամենքիս պարտքն է մեր նպաստը բերել հայրենի պետականությանը, երկրին ու համայնքին: Որպես Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար և Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի գաղափարական համախոհ և թիմի անդամ՝ եղել և մնում եմ մեր քաղաքացու կողքին և պատրաստ եմ լսելու, ընդառաջելու և օրենքի շրջանակում աջակցելու յուրաքանչյուրին՝ հանուն անհատի բարեկեցության, ընտանիքի ամրության և համայնքի շենացման:

Ինչպես նախկինում, այսուհետ ևս, պատրաստակամ եմ ձեր մասնակցությամբ ու խորհուրդներով քննարկելու մեր վարչական շրջանի բարեկեցությանն ուղղված բոլոր նախաձեռնությունները և նախատեսում եմ առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում պարբերաբար լինել բակերում, լսել ձեր առաջարկությունները, ինչու չէ նաև քննադատությունները: Խնդրում եմ լինեք առավել ակտիվ, որպեսզի բոլորիս ջանքերն ուղղենք մեր երկրի վաղվա լուսավոր օրվան:
