ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն բացահայտել է Երևանում 60-ամյա տղամարդու սպանությունը. կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով բացահայտվել է Երևանում 60-ամյա Գ.Մաթոսյանի սպանությունը: Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Տղամարդու դին հայտնաբերվել է 2018թ. մայիսի 14-ին՝ Երևան քաղաքի Այգեստանի տներից մեկի հարակից տարածքում՝ նեխային փոփոխությունների ենթարկված և դեմքային գանգի ոսկորների բազմաբեկոր կոտրվածքներով:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածով 1-ին մասով, մշակվել է քննչական պլան, առաջ քաշվել աշխատանքային վարկածներ։ Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են սպանության հանգամանքները, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը:

 

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել դիակը հայտնաբերվելուց ավելի քան մեկ ամիս առաջ՝ 2018թ. ապրիլի 10-ին՝ տուժողի ծանոթի փաստացի կնոջ որդու կողմից։

 

Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ տուժողի տանն են բնակվելիս եղել նաև նրա ընկերը՝ փաստացի կնոջ, մեկ տարեկան երեխայի և կնոջ որդու հետ միասին։ Ըստ ցուցմունքների՝ ընտանիքում պարբերաբար եղել են վիճաբանություններ կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ, որոնց ժամանակ նաև բռնություն է գործադրվել կնոջ նկատմամբ։ Որդին, ով 2017 թվականի հունվարից գտնվել է զինծառայության մեջ, տեղեկանալով կատարվածի մասին, ցանկացել է վրեժխնդիր լինել։ 2018 թվականի ապրիլին՝ կարճաժամկետ  արձակուրդի շրջանակներում, երիտասարդը վերադարձել է տուն և մոր ամուսնուց վրեժխնդիր լինելու նպատակով նախ անասնագոմում կացնով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածքներ է պատճառել տանտիրոջը, ապա տանը նռնակը նետել մոր ամուսնու ոտքերի տակ, այնուհետև կացնով հարվածել նրա գլխին: Վերջինիս առողջությանը պատճառվել էր թեթև վնաս։ Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է:

 

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու և համապատասխան քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ:

 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
