Հայաստանի զինված ուժերը մոտակա ամիսներին կստանան ռուսաստանյան «Տոռ» զենիթահրթիռային համալիրներ (ԶՀՀ)։ Այս մասին հայտարարել են Հայաստանի հանրային հեռուստաընկերության «Զինուժ» հաղորդաշարի եթերում՝ հղում անելով ՀՀ պաշտպանության աղբյուրները։

«Մի քանի ամիս հետո հակաօդային միջոցների շրջանում իրենց ուրույն տեղը կզբաղեցնեն ռուսաստանյան «Տոռ» զենիթահրթիռային համալիրները»,- ասել է հաղորդավարը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, այդ համակարգերի մարտական հնարավորությունները ներկայացրել է հակաօդային պաշտպանության զորքերի պետի տեղակալ Արթուր Պողոսյանը։ ««Տոռ» համակարգը գերժամանակակից զենիթահրթիռային համալիր է, որը կարող է ավտոմատ ռեժիմում, նույնիսկ առանց անձնակազմի մասնակցության պայքարել ցանկացած սպեկտրի օդային հարձակումների, այդ թվում՝ գերճշգրիտ հրթիռների դեմ»,- հաղորդման եթերում պատմել է Արթուր Պողոսյանը։

Ռուսաստանյան «Տոռ» զենիթահրթիռային համալիրը մշակվել է օդից հարվածներից զորքերի և քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների մարտավարական պաշտպանության ապահովման համար։ ԶՀՀ-ն ի զորու է պայքարել հակառակորդի հրթիռների տարբեր տիպերի, անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի. ավիացիոն ռումբերի, ինքնաթիռների և ուղղաթիռների դեմ։

Մայիսի 18-ին Հայաստանի նոր վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ զինված ուժերի զարգացումը հանրապետության ղեկավարության գերակայությունն է։ Ընդ որում, վարչապետի խոսքով, պաշտպանության ոլորտում Հայաստանի գլխավոր գործընկեր շարունակում է մնալ Ռուսաստանը։
