ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական ապահովության նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյանը հետևյալ գրառումն է արել իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջոում.

«Ժողովրդագրական խնդիրները և աղքատության բարձր մակարդակը Կառավարության սոցիալական ոլորտի գլխավոր առաջնահերթություններից են, որտեղ առկա են բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ:Հասկանալով, որ բոլոր խնդիրները միանգամից և արագ լուծել հնարավոր չէ, միևնույն ժամանակ, նախարարությունը յուրաքանչյուր օր առկա ռեսուրսների շրջանակներում, անելու է առավելագույնը արձանագրելու թեկուզ փոքր ձեռքբերումներ:

Այդ կապակցությամբ, Կառավարության քննարկման եմ պատրաստվում ներկայացնել փոփոխության առաջարկ «Երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի չափը սահմանելու, երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստ նշանակելու և վճարելու կարգը հաստատելու մասին» Կառավարության որոշման մեջ:

Առկա նպաստների չափերը իհարկե հեռու են բավարար լինելուց, սակայն 2017թ. հաստատված պետական բյուջեի շրջանակներում այս փուլում առկա է հնարավորություն կատարել հնավորինս փոքր փոփոխություններ:

Նախնական քննարկումների արդյունքում առաջարկվում է 2018թ. հուլիսի 1-ից երկրորդ երեխայի ծննդյան նպաստի չափը եռապատկել՝ 50.000 դրամի փոխարեն սահմանել 150.000 դրամ: Նշված փոփոխությունը պետական բյուջեից երեխայի ծննդյան նպաստների հատկացումների բյուջեի վրա էական ազդեցություն չի ունենա:

Առաջիկայում նշված հարցին կտրվի ավելի համապարփակ և արդյունավետ լուծում՝ վերանայելով նաև ընտանեկան դրամագլխի տնօրինման կարգը»:
