«Մոսկվա-Երեւան» վթարված ավտոբուսի եւս 4 ուղեւոր դուրս է գրվել հիվանդանոցից: Բժիշկները նրանց վիճակը գնահատում են դրական, վաղը նրանք ոստիկանական բաժանմունքում կպատասխանեն իրավապահ մարմինների հարցերին:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Ռուսաստանի Հայերի միության Տուլայի տարածաշրջանային բաժանմունի նախագահ Ռաֆիկ Պապյանն ասաց, որ հիվանդանոցում գտնվող հայ ուղեւորների վիճակն ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական է: «Մի երիտասարդ տղա կա, շատ ծանր վիճակում: Նրա ողնաշարն է կոտրվել, գտնվում է վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում: Նա գիտակցության է եկել, սակայն բժիշկները նրա վիճակը գնահատում են ծանր: Եւս մի քանի հոգու վիճակը գնահատվում է ծանր»,- ասաց Պապյանը` հավելելով, որ հետաքննությունն ընթանում է եւ առայժմ հնարավոր չէ ասել, թե որն է եղել վթարի պատճառը:
Տուլայի տարածաշրջանի Ուզլովսկիյ շրջանի Իլինկա գյուղի մոտակայքում տեղի ունեցած ՃՏՊ-ի հետևանքով զոհված 8 հայ քաղաքացիների ինքնությունը ճշտվում է: Նրանցից 7-ի ինքնությունը արնեն ճշտված է: Նրանք են` Սպարտակ Ցոլակի Նալբանդյան (ծնվ. 1947 թ.),Գառնիկ Գուրգենի Հակոբյան (ծնվ. 1961 թ.), Հրաչ Բադալյան, Գագիկ Մանուկյան, Վարուժ Ստեփանյան, Հայկ Ժորայի Հովհաննիսյան (ծնվ. 1970 թ.), Հակոբ Լյուդվիգի Ալիխանյան: ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ ՃԿԱԿ-ն անընդմեջ կապի մեջ է ՌԴ ԱԻՆ-ի, ՃԿԿ-ի, Տուլայի նահանգի ՃԿԿ-ի, ինչպես նաև ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ փոխդեսպան Արթուր Մանասարյանի հետ: ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունում ՏԿԱԻՆ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Արտակ Ղազարյանը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության և Քննչական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչներն արդեն դեպքի վայրում են: Արտակ Ղազարյանն այցելել է Տուլայի նահանգի հիվանդանոցներ, խոսել բուժանձնակազմի հետ` տուժածների վիճակի մասին տեղեկանալու և անհրաժեշտ օգնություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով:
Նոյեմբերի 3-ին` ժամը 04.44-ին ՌԴ ԱԻՆ ԱՃԿԿ-ից տեղեկատվություն է ստացվել, որ ժամը 03.08-ինՄ-4 դաշնային ավտոճանապարհի 220-րդ կմ-ում՝ Տուլայի տարածաշրջանի Ուզլովսկի շրջանիԻլյինկա գյուղի մոտակայքում Մոսկվա-Երևան երթուղու «Կինգ Դելյուքս» ՍՊԸ տրանսպորտայինընկերությանը պատկանող «Higer» մակնիշի 510 OP 61 պետհամարանիշով ավտոբուսը դեռևսչբացահայտված հանգամանքներում դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի մասից և շրջվել: ՃՏՊ-ի հետևանքովզոհվել է 8 քաղաքացի: Տուժել է 43 ՀՀ քաղաքացի:
