Նոյեմբերի 1-ին Թուրքիայում կայացան խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, որում հաղթանակ տարավ նախագահի «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը՝ հավաքելով ձայների 49 տոկոսը: Ինչպես հայտնում է Past.am-ը, թուրքագետ Լևոն Հովսեփյանը լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է կատարել այդ թեմային:
 
Թուրքագետը կարծում է, որ մեծ հաշվով բան չի փոխվել: Ըստ նրա՝ եթե «Արդարություն և զարգացումը» ձախողվեր, ապա դա կունենար իր ազդեցությունը Թուրքիայի տարածաշրջանային և ընդհանուր արտաքին քաղաքականության վրա: Ինչ վերաբերում է ներքաղաքական հարցերին, ապա Հովսեփյանն ասաց. «Էրդողանի «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության հնարավորությունները բացվում են, «ձեռքերը բացվում են»: Կարելի է սպասել դեպի էլ ավելի ավտորիտարիզմ գնացող Թուրքիայի, որովհետև բացակայում են Էրդողանի և նրա կուսակցության դեմ գոյություն ունեցող հակակշիռները: Մինչև 2019 թվականը չկան ընտրություններ, և դա խոսում է Էրդողանի չափազանց ինքնավստահության մասին»,- նշեց բանախոսը:
 
Անդրադառնալով արտաքին քաղաքականությանը՝ պարոն Հովսեփյանն ասաց, որ այդ առումով բավականին խնդիրներ կան կուտակված: Հովսեփյանի խոսքով՝ հունիսի 7-ի ընտրություններում իշխող կուսակցության ձախողումն ու հետագա իրավիճակը որոշակիորեն ազդեցին Թուրքիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գործընթացների վրա: Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ Թուրքիայի ներքաղաքական օրակարգը ծանրաբեռնված է այլ խնդիրներով՝ փորձագետը չի կարծում, որ լուրջ փոփոխություններ կլինեն հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների առումով:
 
 
Հովսեփյանն ընդգծեց, որ Թուրքիան այս պահին ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացրել է սիրիական ճգնաժամի վրա: ԱԶԿ կուսակցության հաղթանակը թուրքագետը պայմանավորում է բազմաթիվ գործոններով: Վերջինիս համոզմամբ՝ դա կարող է պայմանավորված լինել ընտրակեղծիքներով, վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառմամբ, իշխանության տոտալ վերահսկմամբ: «Կարևոր էր նաև կուսակցության նախընտրական մարտավարությունը: Նրանք վերաիմաստավորեցին հունիսի 7-ի անհաջողությունները և դասեր քաղեցին, ճկուն ձևով օգտագործեցին իրենց հնարավորությունները, հանդես եկան ավելի ազգայնական դիրքերից, փորձեցին խարխլել «Ազգայնական շարժման» հիմքերը և այլն: ԱԶԿ-ի ձայները հիմնականում խլված են «Ազգայնական շարժում» և քրդամետ «Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական» կուսակցությունից»,- ասաց թուրքագետը՝ բացատրելով Թուրքիայի իշխող կուսակցության հաղթանակը նաև նրանով, որ Էրդողանին հաջողվեց համոզել հասարակությանը քվեարկել «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության օգտին, որպեսզի ապահովվի կայունություն:
