Երբ երկրում քաղաքական իրավիճակ փոխվեց, երբ պարզ դարձավ, որ նախկին իշխանության հովանավորյալ մոնոպոլիստները այլևս նույն ոգով ու առույգությամբ չեն կարողանլու գործունեություն ծավալել, սկսվեցին լրատվականներով կեղծ ու սին հոդվածներ պատվիրել այն գործիչների դեմ, ովքեր իրենց գործունեությունը ծավալում էին պետական լծակներից անկախ: Օրինակ այսօր արդեն ոչ առաջին անգամ «Իրավունք» թերթով հերթական սուտ տեղեկատվությունը հրապարակվեց նորանշանակ վարչապետի մենաշնորհների խոստումի մասին:Հոդվածում որպես ապացույց մատնանշվում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանը: Նախ պետք է արձանագրել, որ հոդվածը ստի հիման վրա է կառուցված, իսկ ստի և անբարոյականի կյանքը 40 օր է և վստահ եմ պատվիրատունները ևս տեղյակ են այս մասին:
Երկրորդ, ի գիտություն թերթի սեփականատեր Բաբուխանյան Հայկի, ով հասարակությունում հայտնի է էժանագին վարձու գրչակի պիտակով, ինչու որևէ անգամ չի հրապարակում այլ իրական մենաշնորհների մասին, զուր օրինակ իր լրատվամիջոցները հովանովորողների մենաշնորհների մասին:
Հասկանալի է,որ պատվերն ամեն կերպ իրականացնելու մոլուցքն է դրդել, որպեսզի նման կեղծիք հրապարակվի, բայց դա զավեշտալի իրավիճակում է գցում թե՛ Բաբուխանյանին, թե՛ պատվիրատուին, ովքեր տարրական լրագրողական հետաքննություն իրականացնելու ռեսուրս չունենալով գլխներից մեծ պատվերներ են վերցնում: Մյուս կողմից մեղադրելու չի, քանի որ շատ դժվար է, անգամ անիրագործելի Ծառուկյանի նման հայրենանվեր, ազգանվեր գործչին վարկաբեկել գործարար դաշտում իրականացված գործողությունների հիման վրա: Ինչևէ խորհուրդ կտանք դադարեցնել այս անօգուտ գործընթացը, հակառակ դեպքում իրենց «պլանկից» բարձր թռնել ցանկացողները վերջիվերջո հենց «պլանկին» էլ նստած մնում են:
