«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացման ժամկետները դեռ հստակ չեն: «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույցում ՀՀ առաջին փոխվարչապետ Արարատ Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ ժամկետների մասին դեռ չի խոսի:
«Այո, մեր առաջնահերթություններից մեկն արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացումն է, բայց երկիրը պետք է դրան պատրաստ լինի: Օրինակ, Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը, ընտրական հանձնաժողովները, եթե մենք դրանով ենք գնում ընտրությունների, ապա արդյո՞ք դա է մեր ուզածը, արդյո՞ք ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կարողանում են այդ մեխանիզմներով, այդ օրենքով իրենց կամքն ամրագրել: Ես այդպես չեմ կարծում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասել է Արարատ Միրզոյանը: Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն էլ իր հերթին Հայաստանում արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացման իրավական և քաղաքական հիմքեր չի տեսնում: ԱԺ փոխնախագահն այս մասին ասել է խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում՝ անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանն ընթացիկ տարվա ընթացքում արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու հավանականության մասին: «Ես այս պահին դրա հետ կապված պատրաստ չեմ պատասխան տալ: Եթե այդ տրամաբանությամբ շարժվենք, մեր երկրում 5 ամիսը մեկ կարող է քաղաքական իրավիճակ փոխվել, և մենք ստիպված լինենք ամեն անգամ արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնել: Կքննարկենք, կտեսնենք: Ամեն ինչի համար պետք է լինի քաղաքական և իրավական հիմնավորում: Ես այս պահին դա չեմ տեսնում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասել է Շարմազանովը: Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահն արձանագրել է, որ խորհրդարանում մեծամասնություն կազմող ՀՀԿ-ն ընդդիմություն է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությանը, սակայն հավելեց, որ գոտկատեղից ներքև հարվածներ չեն պատրաստվում հասցնել: Շարմազանովն ընդգծեց, որ իրենք լինելու են կառուցողական ընդդիմություն: «Մենք գործելու ենք բացառապես Հայաստանի ժողովրդի շահերից ելնելով»,- ընդգծել է Շարմազանովը: Անդրադառնալով ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգը վերացնելու մասին խոսակցություններին՝ Շարմազանովն ընդգծել է, որ շարունակում է մնալ այն կարծիքին, որ այդ ընտրակարգը խոչընդոտ չի հանդիսացել: «Ես այն մարդկանցից չեմ, ով էյֆորիկ ճնշումների տակ փոխում է իր կարծիքը: Բայց կարծիք փոխելը կախված է նաև շատ բաներից: Կտեսնենք, թե ինչ տեսքով կգա Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը, կքննարկենք, մենք պատրաստ ենք»,- ասել է նա:
