Ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը մայիսի 23-ին ոստիկանության կոլեգիայի անդամներին, ղեկավար կազմին ու մարզային վարչությունների պետերին ներկայացրեց ոստիկանության պետի նորանշանակ տեղակալ Աղասի Կիրակոսյանին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից:

 

Անդրադառնալով ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալի համակարգման ոլորտին` Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը, մասնավորապես, ընդգծեց արտաքին ծառայության լիարժեք կազմակերպման և հասարակական կարգի ապահովման կարևորությունը:
Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը կարևորեց բաժիններ դիմող քաղաքացիների հետ աշխատանքի բարելավման անհրաժեշտությունը, մասնավորապես` ահազանգերի արագ և օպերատիվ արձագանքման միջոցով, օպտիմալացնել և առավել գործնական դարձնել գործընկեր գերատեսչությունների հետ համագործակցությունը, հրատապ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել նախկինում կատարված հանցագործությունների բացահայտման և հետախուզվող անձանց հայտնաբերման աշխատանքների արդյունավետության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ, առանձնացրեց ծառահատումների, բնակարային գողությունների հակազդման ուղղությամբ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների իրականացման խնդիրը, հանձնարարեց ողջ ծավալով պատրաստվել առաջիկա պետական կարևոր և արարողակարգային միջոցառումների ընթացքում հասարակական կարգի ապահովմանը, ինչպես և պահանջեց հետևողական ու անզիջում լինել արատավոր երևույթների դեմ պայքարում:

 

Աշխատանքային հանդիպման ավարտին ծառայությունների ու ստորաբաժանումների պատասխանատուներին տրվեցին կոնկրետ ցուցումներ ու հանձնարարականներ:
