ՀՀ Նախագահն ընդունել է Հարավային Կովկասի ու Վրաստանի ճգնաժամի հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցչին

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նոյեմբերի 3-ին ընդունել է Հարավային Կովկասի ու Վրաստանի ճգնաժամի հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Հերբերտ Զալբերին: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Նախագահը ողջունել է հյուրին և նրա առաքելության արդյունավետ իրականացման տեսանկյունից կարևորել հաճախակի հանդիպումն երն ու քննարկումները, որոնք մինչ այս, Նախագահի գնահատմամբ, եղել են անկեղծ և բովանդակալից:
Սերժ Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է, որ այսօր առավել քան երբևէ կարևոր է Եվրոպական միության հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշման պահպանումը ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի լուծման հարցում, ինչպես նաև խնդրի համապարփակ կարգավորման համար բարենպաստ մթնոլորտ ստեղծելու հանձնառության իրականացումը:
Դեսպան Զալբերը, կարևորելով հիմնահարցի շուտափույթ խաղաղ կարգավորման անհրաժեշտությունը, հավաստիացրել է, որ Եվրոպական Միությունը հանձնառու է շարունակելու տարածաշրջանում իր հավասարակշռված քաղաքականությունը:
Հանրապետության Նախագահն անդրադառնալով Հերբերտ Զալբերի հետ շուրջ չորս ամիս առաջ կայացած նախորդ հանդիպումից հետո իրավիճակին՝ նշել է, որ այդ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում լարվածությունը տարածաշրջանում լրջորեն աճել է՝ ուղղակիորեն սպառնալով ԼՂ և Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ շրջանների բնակչության անվտանգությանը:
Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է շարունակել կառուցողական համագործակցությունը՝ ի նպաստ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության, կայունության և անվտանգության պահպանման ու ամրապնդման:
Հյուրի խնդրանքով Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներկայացրել է իր մոտեցումները ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի լուծման բանակցային գործընթացի վերջին զարգացումների վերաբերյալ: Սերժ Սարգսյանը կարևորել է միջազգային հանրության և իրավասու միջազգային կառույցների ժամանակին ու հասցեական, այլ ոչ թե ընդհանրական հայտարարությունները հրադադարի խախտումների կապակցությամբ, ինչպես նաև որոշակի միջոցների ձեռնարկումը, որոնք կկանխեն հետագա որևէ սադրանք:
Հանդիպմանը երկուստեք ընդգծվել է, որ ԼՂ հիմնախնդիրը ռազմական լուծում չունի, և այն կարող է լուծվել միայն կողմերի համար ընդունելի փոխզիջումների հիման վրա:
