Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի «Արզումանյանն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի» գործով 2018 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի վճռի պահանջները կատարելու նպատակով ՀՀ կառավարությունն Արդարադատության նախարարությանը կհատկացնի 2500 եվրոյին համարժեք դրամ:
Արդարադատության նախարար Արտակ Զեյնալյանը նշեց, որ ՄԻԵԴ-ում Հայաստանի կառավարության դեմ կան հարյուրավոր գործեր, որոնցով, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, իրավունքի խախտումներ կարձանագրվեն: Նախարարն ասաց, որ այս ոլորտում առկա է լուրջ բարեփոխումների կարիք, և պետք է ձեռնարկվեն այնպիսի միջոցառումներ, որպեսզի այլոց իրավունքը չխախտվի: Արձագանքելով՝ Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, որ վերջին 20 տարվա ընթացքում դատաիրավական համակարգում միլիոնավոր դոլարներ են ծախսվել, բայց համակարգի էությունը չի փոխվել:
«Հայաստանում մեկ օրում արձանագրվել է հետևյալը, որ Բաղրամյան 26-ից և որևէ այլ տեղից դատարանների վրա ապօրինի ներգործություն պետք է չլինի: Պետք է ապահովենք, որ որևէ դատավոր կաշառքով վճիռ չկայացնի: Սա ամենակարևոր բարեփոխումն է: Մենք պետք է բացառենք քաղբանտարկյալների առկայությունը, այս վճիռն ապացուցում է, որ Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանը եղել է քաղբանտարկյալ»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
