Զինծառայողի մահվան գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել հենակետի ավագին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ վեցերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Արթուր Արտյոմի Գասպարյանի մահվան դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել հենակետի ավագին:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 2018թ. մայիսի 4-ին՝ ժամը 01:10-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական դիրքում բերանի խոռոչի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային գնդակային մահացու վիրավորումով հայտնաբերվել էր պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Արթուր Արտյոմի Գասպարյանը:
Վեցերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Քրեական գործով կատարված բազմակողմանի քննության արդյունքում բացահայտվել են զինվորական ծառայության պարտականությունները կատարելու կապակցությամբ շարքային Ա.Գասպարյանին անպարկեշտ ձևով ստորացնելու՝ վիրավորանք հասցնելու, ինչպես նաև մարտական հերթապահության կամ մարտական ծառայություն կրելու կանոնները խախտելու դեպքեր։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ պայմանագրային զինծառայող, հենակետի ավագին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 365-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 360-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասերով:
