«Հիմնադիր խորհրդարան» նախաձեռնության նախագահ Գարեգին Չուգասզյանը դադարեցրել է հացադուլը:

«Ուրախ եմ տեղեկացնել, որ Մատենադարանի մոտ քիչ առաջ տեղի ունեցած մեր հանդիպումից հետո Գարեգին Չուգասզյանը դադարեցրեց հացադուլը»,- գրել է Փաշինյանը։
«Հիմնադիր խորհրդարան» նախաձեռնության նախագահ Գարեգին Չուգասզյանը կալանավորվել էր 2015 թվականին՝ ապրիլի 24-ին ընդառաջ զանգվածային անկարգությունների նախապատրաստման համար: Մի քանի օր անց, սակայն, նրա խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխարինվել էր չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ եւ նրան ազատ էին արձակել: Չուգասզյանը, ում նկատմամբ, որպես մեղադրյալի, որպես խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին, հետագայում չէր ներկայացել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ Պարզվել էր, որ նա փոխել է բնակության վայրը՝ առանց այդ մասին պատշաճ ծանուցելու նախաքննական մարմնին՝ այդպիսով խախտելով ընտրված խափանման միջոցի՝ օրենքով սահմանված պահանջները։ Դատարանի որոշմամբ մեղադրյալ Չուգասզյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանավորումը, նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում: 2018թ. ապրիլի 24-ին Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր բարձրանալիս նա բերման էր ենթարկվել, ձերբակալվել, ապա օրեր անց ազատ արձակվել ԱԺ «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Լենա Նազարյանի միջնորդությամբ: Չուգասզյանը հացադուլի մեջ էր ապրիլի 24-ից:
