«Բա որ ամեն ինչ էսքան լավ ա, ինչի՞ ա ամեն ինչ էսքան վատ» կամ Ալենի մանդատային ոդիսականը

Ազգային Ժողովի նորաթուխ պատգամավոր Սիմոնյան Ալենը մի քանի օր է չի ուզում իջնել լրատվական դաշտի «ուսերից», անընդհատ «բողոքելով», զոհի կարգավիճակում իրեն դնելով, որ իրեն զրկել են Երևանի ավագանու փառավոր մանդատից։ Ըստ երևութին հարգարժան պատգամավորը մտածում է, որ եթե ինքն անընդհատ նույն երգը երգի լսողներն ակամայից հավատալու են այդ վարկածին։

 Սակայն հարգարժան ընկերը մոռանում է, որ մենք կարդացող ազգ ենք և գոնե շատերին պարզ է, որ օրենքները գրվում են հստակ տրամաբանությամբ և դրանք ոչ թե ստեղծվում են փակուղիներ առաջացնելու, այլ ընդհակառակը դրանք բացառելու նպատակով։

 Հետևապես, ինչ որ տեղ մեր պատգամավոր ընկերը կամ չի ասում ամեն ինչ մինչև վերջ կամ փորձում է ստեղծել պատրանք, որ օրենքները կիսատ պռատ են գրվել և ինքը հենց դրա պատճառով զրկվել է Երևանի ավագանու մանդատը կրելու մեծագույն հնարավորությունից ու այսօր մնացել է ԱԺ մանդատի հույսին։ ))

Տեսնելով մարդու իրավաբանական գիտելիքների պաշարն ու դրանք օգտագործելու հմտությունները, գոնե այս պահին պարզ է, որ Սիմոնյան Ալենը ի սկզբանէ իմացել է, որ ինքնաբացարկի դեպքում խնդիրը լրիվ կարգավորվում էր առանց ավելորդ զեղումների և քանի որ «ԵԼՔ» դաշինքի իրենց ցուցակն էր մանդատի տրման հիմքը ու հերթականությունը գիտեին բոլոր բոլորը, ուրեմն մինչև ԿԸՀ որոշումը պարզ էր նաև, թե ով է լինելու հաջորդ մանդատատերը։
 
Փաստորեն Երևանի հոգսերն իր ուսերին վերցնելու պատրաստ առաջամարտիկի պոզայով մեր ընկերը գիտեր այդ ամենը և եթե ազնիվ էր իր ցանկություններում, պիտի ինքնաբացարկ հայտարարեր մինչև ԿԸՀ որոշման պահը, այլ ոչ թե գնար ու ԱԺ այգիներում ճեմելով ուղիղ եթերներ կազմակերպեր։
 
Սակայն դա կհամարվեր սովորական քաղաքացիական քայլ և կընդունվեր ի գիտություն հանրության կողմից ու էկրաններին երևալու ժամանակը կլիներ խիստ սահմանափակ, ինչն ըստ երևույթին չէր մտնում ընկերոջ ծրագրերի մեջ։ Մարդը սպասեց, բանը բանից անցավ, հետո մեծ պաթոսով մանդատն իբր վայր դրեց, հիմա էլ սիրուն սիրուն այն կվերցնի ետ ու կշարունակի ԱԺ պարտեզում ճեմելով ուղիղ եթերներ դուրս գալ։
Էս դեպքի մասով հիշեցի Սիմոնյան Ալենի թիմակից Մարուքյանի Էդմոնի խոսքը, «բա որ ամեն ինչ էսքան լավ ա, ինչի ա ամեն ինչ էսքան վատ»։))
 
Բաժակի մեջ փոթորիկ սարքելու ժամկետն ավարտվեց և Սիմոնյան Ալենը «չուզելով» մնաց ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ավելին, այսօր էլ պաշտոնապես ԿԸՀ իրավական տեսանկյունից հաստատեց Երևանի քաղաքապետի արձանագրությունն ու, վերջ, Ալենի մանդատային ոդիսականն ավարտվեց. նա ետ վերցրեց պատգամավորի մանդատը:

 Պատահակա՞ն է այս ամենը, չեմ կարծում, բայց որ անլուրջ է, դա փաստ է:
