Երևանում քիչ առաջ տեղացած հորդառատ անձրևի հետևանքով բազմաթիվ փողոցներում անձրևաջրերի կուտակումներ են առաջացել, ջրահեռացման համակարգի առաջացրած խնդիրների համար սոցցանցերում մեղադրանքներ են հնչում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հասցեին:

Հարցի առնչությամբ պարզաբանում ստանալու համար Tert.am-ը դիմեց Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Արթուր Գևորգյանին:

Նրա պատասխանն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«Երևան քաղաքում բնության մատուցած հորդառատ անձրևից հետո հերթական անգամ ապատեղեկատվական ակտիվ գրոհ է սկսվել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի դեմ՝ անձրևաջրերի հեռացման հետ կապված, ինչին բազմիցս տրվել է հստակ պարզաբանում առ այն, որ մայրաքաղաքում անձրևաջրերի և, ընդհանրապես, ջրահեռացման, ինչպես նաև ջրամատակարարման համակարգերի սպասարկումը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի գործառույթը չէ։

Խնդրով մտահոգ քաղաքացիները դրանում համոզվելու համար ընդամենը պետք է հպանցիկ դիտարկեն Երևանի տարեկան բյուջեն կամ տարեկան հաշվետվության ծախսային հոդվածները։

Հասկանալի է, որ մայրաքաղաքում հանդիպող ցանկացած անհարմարության համար բնակչի բողոքն ուղղվում է տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմնին﹐սակայն այս դեպքում հայտարարում ենք, որ խնդրի կարգավորումը գտնվում է մասնագիտական կառույցի անմիջական գործառույթների շրջանակում։

Միաժամանակ, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը, հաշվի առնելով խնդրի կարևորությունը, մշտապես աջակցում և բավարար պայմաններ է ստեղծում պատասխանատու կառույցի համար՝ անձրևաջրերի հեռացման համակարգերի բարելավման ծրագրերն իրականացնելու նպատակով»։
