Լոռու մարզի Դեբետ համայնքում այսօր՝ մայիսի 27-ին, այս պահին ընթանում է «ՍՄԱՐԹ» կրթական կենտրոնի բացումը, որում 5 մլն դոլարի ներդրում է արվել:
Այն գտնվում է Դսեղ եւ Դեբեդ գյուղերի խաչմերուկում: ՍՄԱՐԹ-ը տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոններից տարբերվելու է իր ծրագրերով, որտեղ սովորողների տարիքային սահմանափակում չի լինելու:
Լոռու ՍՄԱՐԹ կրթական կենտրոնը եռաթեւ շինություն է: Այն ունենալու է կրթության այլընտրանաքային տարբերակ, այստեղ լինելու են լսարաններ ծնողների եւ մեծահասակների համար, ինչպես նաեւ սենյակներ փոքրերի համար :
Կենտրոնի հիմնական ողնաշարը, ինչպես իրենք են ասում, համակարգչային սենյակն է: ՍՄԱՐԹ կենտրոնի ծրագրային թեւում լինելու է ռոբոտաշինության, արհեստների ու արվեստների կենտրոնը, առողջապահական կրթական կենտրոնն ու մանկան զարգացման սենյակը: Գոտիներից մեկում առանձնացված է սմարթ գրադարանը, որը բոլոր ծրագրերի իրականացման կապող օղակն է լինելու:
ՍՄԱՐԹ ծրագրերն ընդգրկում են նաեւ կոդավորում, ծրագրավորում, երաժշտական տեսահոլովակների ստեղծում: ՍՄԱՐԹ կրթական կենտրոնում կլինի հյուրատուն՝ փորձագետների համար, իսկ մասնագետները կվերապատրաստվեն տեղում:
ՍՄԱՐԹ-ի կառույցը բաղկացած է երկու մասից՝ ՍՄԱՐԹ կենտրոն (2230քմ) եւ ՍՄԱՐԹ ավան (20 հա), որտեղ տեղակայված են սենյակներ՝ հյուրերի համար. կարող է օրական 250 մարդու ծառայել։
Նշենք, որ Կենտրոնի կառուցումն ու գործարկումը ֆինանսավորել է ամերիկահայ ձեռներեց, «Հայաստանի մանուկներ հիմնադրամի» (COAF) հիմնադիր Գարո Արմենը։ նա դեռ 2017-ի սեպտեմբերին Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համահայկական 6-րդ համաժողովի ժամանակ հայտարարել էր, որ Հայաստանում 20 ՍՄԱՐԹ կենտրոնի ստեղծման համար անհրաժեշտ է 200 մլն դոլար. «Հայեր կան, որոնց համար սա մեծ գումար չէ»,-նշել էր Գարո Արմենը:
