Երևանի կենդանաբանական այգին առաջիկայում կհամալրվի կենգուրուներով և պիկարիներով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այգու տարեշրջանի բացմանը, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց Երևանի կենդանաբանական այգու տնօրեն Ռուբեն Խաչատրյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այգու կենդանատեսակներով համալրումը կախված է նոր ազատավանդակներից: « 2011 թվականից ի վեր այգին կենդանիներ ձեռք է բերում միայն նվիրատվությամբ և փոխանակմամբ, այն կենդանաբանական այգիների հետ, որոնք չեն զբաղվում կենդանիների առևտրով»,-ասաց նա:
Խաչատրյանն ընդգծեց, որ կենդանաբանական այգու վերանորոգման երրորդ փուլով կարդիականացվեն թռչնատեսակների ազատավանդակները: «Այսօր այգում գտնվող թռչնատեսակները շատ վատ պայմաններում են, ինչը թույլ չի տալիս հազվագյուտ տեսակներին, ինչպիսին է սև անգղը, որը մեր բնության մեջ վերանում է , բազմացնել»,-նշեց այգու տնօրենը:
Անդրադառնալով այգու մուտքավճարներին, Խաչատրյանն ասաց, որ դրանց թանկացնելու մտադրություն առայժմ չկա: Այգու մուտքը շաբաթ և կիրակի օրերին արժե 1200 դրամ: Հինգշաբթի օրը այգի կարելի է մտնել վճարելով 600 դրամ: 70 տարեկանից բարձր , և մինչև 3 տարեկան երեխաների մուտքն այգի անվճար է:
Ռուբեն Խաչատրյանն ասաց, որ Երևանում աշնանն անցկացվելու է Եվրասիական կենդանաբանական այգիների տարեկան գիտաժողովը, որին արտերկրից շուրջ 200 հյուր է մասնակցելու:
