Հաճախ հանդիպում ենք դեպքերի, երբ հանձնարարականներին տրվում են լայն, ստեղծագործական մեկնաբանություններ, որոնք ընդհանրապես կապ չունեն խնդրի էության հետ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 29-ին, Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության աշխատակազմին նորանշանակ պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանին ներկայացնելիս ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

 

«Մեր քաղաքական հայտարարությունները նույնպես հաճախ, կամ երբեմն սխալ են մեկնաբանվում: Մասնավորապես, այն, ինչ մենք ասել ենք, ասում ենք եւ կշարունակենք ասել, որ Հայաստանում վենդետաներ չեն լինելու. շատերը դա մեկնաբանում են որպես «կանաչ լույս» հին ավանդույթների շարունակության համար: Այս արձանագրումը շատ կարեւոր է. մենք իրականացրել ենք սիրո եւ համերաշխության հեղափոխություն, բայց եթե որեւէ մեկը մեր այս դիրքը կփորձի մեկնաբանել որպես թուլություն, նա կզգա այդ հեղափոխության, պետության եւ օրենքի ուժը: Այսինքն՝ որեւէ մեկը հանկարծ չփորձի մեր պոզիտիվիզմը մեկնաբանել որպես թուլություն: Սա շատ կարեւոր արձանագրում է, եւ որեւէ մեկը թող չտրվի գայթակղությանը՝ փորձելու համար՝ արդյոք այս կեցվածքը կարող է որեւէ կերպ նշանակել թուլություն եւ հանդուրժողականություն որեւէ ապօրինի երեւույթի նկատմամբ»,- ասել է վարչապետը:

 

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հավելել է, որ բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր կփորձեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը եւ նրա ժողովրդին պահել կոռուպցիայի, ամենաթողության, ապօրինությունների ճահիճի մեջ, սպասում է ջախջախիչ հակահարված: «Նաեւ Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությունը պետք է այս մթնոլորտն ապահովի: Բայց մյուս կողմից ես չեմ ուզում, որ մենք ընկնենք մյուս ծայրահեղության մեջ եւ այսպես ասած «տեռորի» մթնոլորտ ապահովենք: Ցավում եմ, որ ստիպված եմ այս բաներն ասել, որովհետեւ սիրո եւ համերաշխության տրամաբանությունը, մեր պոզիտիվիզմը եւ մեր լայն ժպիտները ոմանք փորձում են մեկնաբանել որպես թուլություն, որպես պոտենցիալ թուլություն: Կարծում եմ, որ դա ծիծաղելի է: Մենք պետք է հստակ մեր նպատակները ձեւակերպենք եւ արագ ու արդյունավետ, առանց շտապողականության եւ չմտածված քայլերի իրագործենք»,- ասել է վարչապետը՝ հաջողություն մաղթելով Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությանը:
