ԵՊՀ ռեկտորը ոչ իրավաչափ է համարում բողոքի ակցիա սկսած ուսանողների պահանջները

Երևանի պետական համալսարանի տարածքում բողոքի ակցիա կազմակերպած ուսանողների պահանջներն իրավաչափ չեն: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, գիտխորհրդի նիստերի դահլիճում բողոքող ուսանողների ընդլայնված հանդիպման ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց ԵՊՀ ռեկտոր Արամ Սիմոնյանը:
«ԵՊՀ Ռեստարտ» նախաձեռնության անդամներն, ովքեր մայիսի 29-ի կեսօրից դասադուլի կոչեր էին հնչեցնում բուհում, պահանջում են համալսարանի ռեկտոր Արամ Սիմոնյանի հրաժարականը, ԵՊՀ-ում ֆինանսական աուդիտի անցկացում, ուսանողական խորհրդի ու արհմիության գործունեության ժամանակավոր կասեցում և հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի լուծարում:
«Պահանջներն իրավաչափ չեն: Ռեկտորի հրաժարականը հնարավոր է միայն երկու դեպքում՝ երբ նա դիմում է ներկայացնում և երբ hոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը հետ է կանչում: Երկու դեպքն էլ գտնվում են իրավական դաշտում: Ես օրինապաշտության կողմնակից եմ և գտնում եմ, որ ամեն ինչ պետք է արվի օրենքով», - ասաց Արամ Սիմոնյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի լուծարմանը, ռեկտորը նշեց, որ այդ խորհուրդը նա չի ընտրել, այն ընտրվել է ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ:
«Ես ինքս խորհրդի անդամ չեմ և նույնիսկ իրավունք չունեմ քվեարկելու հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի որևէ որոշման համար», - ասաց Արամ Սիմոնյանը:
Անդրադառնալով ֆինանսական աուդիտ անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ ուսանողների պահանջին՝ Սիմոնյանը նշեց, որ տվյալ դեպքում ՀՀ օրենքով աուդիտ կազմակերպվում է հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի որոշմամբ՝ տարին մեկ անգամ:
«Վերջին անգամ աուդիտը կազմակերպվել է 2017 թվականին: Ընդ որում, աուդիտը կազմակերպվում է պետության կողմից լիցենզիա ստացած համապատասխան աուդիտորական գրասենյակը՝ մրցույթի ճանապարհով: Մրցույթը հաղթող գրասենյակը այն անցկացնում է, արդյունքները տպագրվում են մամուլում: Դա ոչ մի կապ չունի ռեկտորի անձնական ցանկության հետ »,- ասաց Սիմոնյանը: Նրա խոսքով` նոր աուդիտ պարտադիր կերպով անց է կացվելու ֆինանսական տարվա ավարտին:
Ռեկտորը նաև անդրադարձավ արհմիության և ուսխորհրդի ժամանակավոր կասեցման ուսանողների պահանջին: Նա ընդգծեց, որ դրանք ինքնակառավարվող մարմիններ են և դրանց կասեցումը համալսարանի ղեկավարությունից պահանջելը ևս իրավաչափ չի:
