«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան դաշինք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լուիզա Սարգսյանի կարծիքով, սպասվող խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքական ուժի համար նոր շանս է հաղթելու և խորհրդարանում մեծամասնություն ձևավորելու համար: Եվ ինչպես բոլոր կուսակցությունները, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը նույնպես նման հավակնություններ ունի, ինչը քաղաքագիտական առումով լիովին տեղավորվում է տրամաբանական զարգացում- ների շղթայում: «Ես այդ ցանկության մեջ որևէ տարօրինակ բան չեմ տեսնում: Հակառակը, տարօրինակ կլիներ, եթե որևէ մեկը հակառակը մտածեր: Եվ եթե ընտրություններ են լինելու, և քաղաքական ուժը որոշում է կայացնում մասնակցել այդ ընտրություններին, ապա պետք է առավելագույնին հասնելու նպատակ հետապնդի: Առավել ևս «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը, որը միշտ իր դերն ու նշանակությունն է ունեցել երկրի կյանքի ու քաղաքականության մեջ»,– ասաց պատգամավորը: Նա նշեց նաև՝ քանի դեռ օրակարգային հարց չէ, թե երբ են տեղի ունենալու խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, ուստի այս մասին ավելի մանրամասն խոսելը դեռ վաղ է: Բայցև բնական է, որ կուսակցության ղեկավարն իմանալով և գնահատելով հաղթանակների գինը՝ մեծ հարգանքով է վերաբերվում այն մարդկանց, ովքեր շրջապատում են իրեն: Մեկնաբանելով Հայաստանի անկախության 100–ամյակի միջոցառումների ժամանակ ՀՅԴ–ական նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանի կողմից արտահայտած տեսակետը, թե իրենց կուսակցությունն արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հնարավորությունն ու հրամայականը չի տեսնում, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչն ասաց, որ այդ մտքի հետ համաձայն չէ, քանի որ ստեղծված քաղաքական իրավիճակում արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելն անխուսափելի է: «Այլ հարց է, թե ժամանակային առումով դրանք երբ տեղի կունենան: Իմ կարծիքով, արտահերթ ընտրությունների պետք է գնալ պատշաճ պատրաստվելուց հետո միայն: Եվ այն չպետք է զուտ PR–ի համար իրականացնել: Բայց մինչ այդ շատ խնդիրներ կան, որոնք պետք է իրականացնել: Դեռ հարկավոր է ընտրական օրենսգիրքը փոխել, հետո նոր ընտրական օրենսգիրքը խորհրդարանի կողմից հաստատել, ստանալ Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի հաստատումը և այլն: Շատ կարևոր է մատնահետքերը ստուգող սարքերի ընդհանրական սխեմայի հարցերը կարգավորել, որպեսզի հնարավորինս վստահ լինենք, որ կարողացել ենք սխալի տոկոսը հասցնել նվազագույնի: Սրանք գործընթացներ են, որոնք պետք է իրականացվեն: Ինչ վերաբերում է արտահերթ ընտրություններին, ապա երկրում տեղի ունեցած թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո արտահերթ ընտրություններն անխուսափելի են»,– ասաց Լ. Սարգսյանը:
