Բաղրամյան գյուղի դպրոցում կաշառք տալու և ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ դատախազությունում քրգործ է հարուցվել

ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի դատախազությունից ՀՀ ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին էր ուղարկվել «Ազատություն ռադիոկայան»-ի կայքում հրապարակված «Բաղրամյան գյուղի դպրոցի տնօրենը ստիպված է եղել հրաժարվել պաշտոնից» վերնագրով հրապարակումը՝ դրանում հանցագործության հատկանիշների առկայությունն ստուգելու համար քրեադատավարական կարգով նյութեր նախապատրաստելու և ընթացքը լուծելու ցուցումով: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մաիսն, որ 2016թ. սեպտեմբեր ամսին Արմավիրի մարզի Բաղրամյան գյուղի մի բնակչի կողմից նույն գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցի նախկին տնօրեն Շ. Ո.-ին ծրարով 25.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար է տրվել, որի դիմաց վերջինս նրա երեխայի՝ 2016թ. սեպտեմբեր ամսից դեկտեմբեր ամիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածի բացակաները ճանաչել է հարգելի:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առերևույթ առկա են կաշառք տալու և ստանալու հանցագործությունների հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի դատախազությունում դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 312-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությանը:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
