Բարոյապես եւ նյութապես հնացած վերելակների խնդրի լուծման համար պետական աջակցություն է անհրաժեշտ: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտնեց Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ազգային կենտրոնի վերելակների տեխնիկական անվտանգության բաժնի պետ Լուսինե Հովհաննիսյանը:
Հանրապետությունում ընդհանուր առմամբ մոտ 6 հազար վերելակ կա: Դրանց մեծ մասը տեղադրվել է դեռ խորհրդային ժամանակաշրջանում, եւ նույնիսկ դրանք արտադրած գործարաններն այլեւս գոյություն չունեն: Շահագործող մարմինը համատիրությունն է, սակայն խնդրի լուծումը համատիրությունների ուժերից վեր է: Միջին վիճակագրական վերելակն արժե մոտ 30 մլն դրամ: «Վերանորոգման աշխատանքները վճարվում են քաղաքապետերի բյուջեներից: Սակայն հին վերելակներն ավելի արագ շարքից դուրս են գալիս, քան մոդեռնիզացվում են: Հին վերելակները մեծ ծախսեր են պահանջում»,- ասաց Լուսինե Հովհաննիսյանը:
Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով՝ տարվա սկզբից բացասական եզրակացություն է ստացել 33 վերելակ: Եւս 300 վերելակ այժմ ստուգվում է: «Վերելակը տրանսպորտային միջոց է, որն աշխատում է ավելի մեծ ծանրաբեռնվածությամբ, քան՝ Երեւանի ցանկացած այլ տրանսպորտային միջոց: 9 հարկանի շենքի վերելակը 24 ժամվա ընթացքում 100 ուղեւորություն է կատարում», - ասաց Լուսինե Հովհաննիսյանը: Ըստ փորձագետի՝ եթե եզրակացությունը բացասական է, վերելակի շահագործումը պետք է դադարեցվի: Սակայն միշտ չէ, որ այդպես է արվում: Օրինակ, 16 հարկանի շենքում վերելակն անջատելը խնդիր է: Օրենքը չկատարելու համար պատիժ է նախատեսված:
Լուսինե Հովհաննիսյանը նաեւ շեշտեց, որ տեխնիկական սպասարկման մասնագետների պակաս կա: Օրինակ, Դավթաշենում 400 վերելակի համար 4 մեխանիկ կա: «Նախկինում, երբ գոյություն ուներ «Վերելակ» ընկերությունը, նրանք էին սպասարկում: Դա նույնիսկ տեխնիկական ծառայություն չի կարելի համարել, ավելի ճիշտ՝ արտակարգ կանչեր: Կարելի է ասել, որ տեխնիկական սպասարկում չի իրականացվում»,- ասաց Լուսինե Հովհաննիսյանը:
